Pros:

Convenient location overlooking the harbour and mosque. Unfortunately, rooms are in a dilapidated state..not like the images on the website.

Pros:

Within a short distance (walkable), there were lots of places to eat (restaurants, small shops to get stuff to bring to the hotel if you get hungry at night or want to drink a refreshment. The road's slopes are very steep! We rented three rooms, the condition of the amenities at the hotel are terrible. Example: Air conditionings were not working properly, most of the remotes did not work, TV's did not work. Electricity was an issue, sometimes the entire room would shut down. There are ants and some other bugs (unknown to us) crawling on the floors. WIFI is slow. The flooring had cuts and missing pieces. The Bed covers had cigarette smoking burns and other stains.

Pros:

The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk from the Hagia Sophia, at the end of the road (2 minute walk) is an absolutely fantastic local restaurant (called my terrace).
The staff are very friendly and always ahppy to help.
