Quiet! The staff members are friendly but most of them don’t speak English well!

Je déconseille fortement.
Pros:

Ou bien hotels.com ne fait pas bien son travail d'enquête, ou bien la Direction de l'hôtel ment effrontément.
Vélos gratuits : 1 seul et cassé.
Centre d’affaires : n’existe pas.
Navette d’aéroport : pas d’aéroport ou alors Hanoï à 40 kilomètres !?
Poste informatique : n’existe pas, la réceptionniste propose celui de la réception !!!
Restaurant : pas de petit déjeuner continental et ferme à 09 heures.
Une seule clé par chambre.
Pas de dépôt de garantie. Au final c'est mieux.
Pas de pièce d’identité officielle. Là aussi c'est mieux.
Pas d’étendoir pour les serviettes de bain.
Bref, nous sommes très loin de la description idyllique de hotels.com.
Très grosse déception !
