Good TV, comfortable beds and friendly staff.
The location in Seomyeon was good, easy access to transport (bus routes and subway stops) on both sides of the hotel, a convenience store right out front, and everything from food to coffee within a short walk. It was a great base for exploring Busan, and the area itself was a highlight of the trip.
The room was only set up with one towel despite a booking for two people over four nights, which felt like an unnecessary oversight. The advertised laundry facilities were essentially unusable, and the ceiling lights never fully turned off, making the room too bright at night. Although cleaning was scheduled every two days, the staff did clean daily, which I appreciated.

Mugs was not provided in room , had to request.
The shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispenser was ok for young ppl, but if I had my parents they would struggle to push as you need to apply strength. Looking for the wider cohort of users coming to hotel

Room was quite modern and spacious - very clean
No early check in - felt less hotel staff available. We stayed only one night - unable to comment much
Professional and helpful staff. Lovely room. Very comfortable. Great location, easy to get everywhere from there. Great price for a really high quality room. We had a relaxing stay there
We got an upgrade to a room with 2 beds: one double bed and one single bed. This was amazing because it was a very big room and the TV was huge (with Netflix possibility).
It was close to the café street, and had good connections everywhere.
We enjoyed it a lot!
Looking back at the booking.com pictures, we can see some images that look too good to be true (AI?). It’s not too far from reality, though, but it's definitely worth mentioning for other guests.
You can hear some traffic from outside.
