Clean and spacious enough for 2 people. Although the bathroom was an open concept, it was big enough where the toilet would stay dry. Staff were kind and spoke enough English. They were also kind enough to let us use the rooms restroom before check-in.

Cons:

There was no toilet in the lobby for guests to use. Although this was mitigated by staff allowing us to use the room’s toilet before check-in. However, we could not use it after check-out.

Pros:

The staff was exceptionally friendly, always smiling, kind, helpful. The room was big which made our 4-night stay very comfortable. Every day we had fresh towels and water. We had a lovely stay for a really solid price.
Location was the best we could get in Busan.

Functional and value for money stay
Pros:

Clean, new and spacious room. Good for an overnight stay before we catch an early flight the next day. Friendly staff who explained clearly in English upon check in and helped us call a taxi to the airport. Great location with shops and food within 5-10 mins walk around the area.

All in all a pleasant stay
Pros:

We had booked the superior room which was nice and spacious. It had a steam closet, a bath tub, shower, plenty of space and a nice design. The room was clean. The location was very nice, lots of restaurants, shops and a mall nearby. A walk through the neighborhood connects you to downtown via metro. However, be aware that Busan is not well connected by metro and you will have to hop on buses to see the touristy spots. Considering that, the hotel is well connected to some places of interest and far less with others. There is a CU attached to the building.

Cons:

The first thing that bothered me were very limited facilities. There were tea and coffee near the reception desk but not much else. The selection is very basic. Very small lobby. The staff does not speak much English and are therefore not helpful with providing information. The second thing that really bothered me is the lousy sound isolation of the building. You could hear other guests at night. Bring a good pair of earplugs. Third, the bedding is made from artificial materials which I do not like.

Mr Park makes us feel welcome. Wifi was good.
