Not recommended at all. Hotel is purely after making money
Cons:

We booked a Suite as we were traveling with our baby. Nowhere does the listing mention that there’s a construction site right opposite the room we booked. The noise made it impossible to be there with a baby. The hotel offered us a studio instead which even the person showing us confirmed wouldn’t work with baby. We had to find a new hotel. When asking for a refund it got refused by the hotel as the construction is not their responsibility.

I certainly understand that, yet it’s the responsibility of the property to mention this in order for customers to make a decision.

We lost all our money which is extremely frustrating

schönes Hotel und Appartements in zentraler Lage ideal für ein Wochende in München
Pros:

zentrale Lage, Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar, Innenhof mit schönem Garten, schöne gut ausgestattete (Miniküche, kl Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer Bad/WC) Juniorsuite mit Balkon zum Innenhof, sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, nahe Verkehrsmittel, Hbf in 20 Min. mit der Straßenbahn und in 10-15 Min. mit dem Taxi erreichbar

Cons:

Zimmer mir 25 Grad C etwas zu warm, allerdings herrschten gerade winterliche Temperaturen und die Fenster liessen sich zum Abkühlen öffnen

Das perfekte Hotel um sich wohl zu fühlen
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr freundliche Bedienung beim Frühstück. Schöner Garten, alles mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Great place to stay in Munich
Pros:

Location amazing. Apt was a good size and bed really comfy

Cons:

The shower! It’s like 20 years ago! The high bath, the glass half wall and the hand held shower that when you try to attach to fitting falls down and sprays the entire bathroom! And the temperature that varies constantly! Needs changing! Not in keeping with level of accommodation.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were unable to make use of the sauna due to the volume of other customers in the time we had. Not the fault of the staff. Just would have been nice to be able to use the sauna.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es riecht sehr gut im Hotel. Alles war sauber, das Zimmer sehr geräumig. Trotz Baustelle nebenan war es sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist top.

Cons:

Die Frühstückspreise sind total überrissen. Ein Kaffee kostet 9 Euro. Pro Tag hätten wir 30 Euro mehr gezahlt für das Frühstücksbuffet. Da haben wir lieber etwas in der Bäckerei geholt. Auch der Garagenplatz kostet genug.
