部屋もベッドも良くて快適に過ごました。

Cons:

朝食が人気過ぎて、予約時点で素泊まりしか無く。現地でも朝食の予約が満員で取れなかった。
シティビューと部屋の予約には書いてあったが、隣のビル？ホテル？しか見えなかった。

ちょうど良い感じ
Pros:

初見は少し手狭に感じましたが、必要なものは揃っており快適に過ごせます
地下鉄駅と徒歩近く、博多駅や空港へのアクセスも良いです
地下鉄駅ビルのスーパーマーケットでは手頃で美味しいお惣菜やパンを購入できますし、
今回は朝早い仕事のため朝食はつけませんでしたが、朝はホテル入り口にキッチンカーが出ており宿泊者は軽食を割引で購入できるようでした。荷物もチエックアウト日以内であれば預かってくださるそうです。

Cons:

週末は川沿で何かイベントをしている様子で遅くまで外が騒々しかった

最近は博多では必要最低限の設備で手頃なホテルがもはや安くは泊まれないのかもしれないけど、もうすこし素泊まりの値段が下がると助かります
