Pros:

Very nice staff professional very courteous nice to talk to very polite very efficient staff hard-working really appreciate that. Breakfast was not too bad. The food variety was very good and in the receptionist a nice coffee various things you need for your stay or neatly provide provided as you enter into the lobby on the right.

Cons:

Rooms are too small after staying a couple of nights you feel claustrophobic. The noise in the street was horrible drunk people Location is convenient but night time noisy drunks till the early hours in the morning. This is definitely not a family hotel by the adult center.
The other thing having this silly 45 minute breakfast thing in the morning, I get it if it’s a business hotel, but if you’re traveling, you wanna have a slower more relaxed breakfast. This is not the place for you, that pressure to eat your breakfast in 45 minutes. It gives you indigestion you can’t relax you can’t enjoy your coffee and your breakfast. Is this fast paced quick eat get in get out that’s very stressful and if you’re on a holiday, that really is not a nice experience.

朝食が素晴らしい
Pros:

朝食がとてもおいしかったです。またデザートの無料提供もおいしく、お得感が大きかったです。
室内のユニットバスの段差なしも快適でした。

Cons:

特に感じませんでした。
敢えて記載すれば、大浴場やサウナ等の施設があれば、大満足です。
また、朝食会場が少し狭く、その影響なのか、料理取り分けの列が長くて、ややストレスを感じました。
それと、朝７時前の時点で、３階（宿泊階）のエレベーターホールに清掃用（?）・ベットメイキング用（?）のかご台車が置いてあったのが少し気になりました。

Было шумно, соседи не давали спать. Шумоизоляция отсутствует. Номера настолько маленькие, что разложив чемодан невозможно открыть входную дверь

想要交通方便、逛完唐吉柯德不用提重物走很遠的話，選這間就對了
Pros:

位置非常好，4號出口搭手扶梯出來右手邊就是唐吉柯德，附近有很多可以吃的東西，不用怕晚上沒東西吃，走幾步就是7-11，在空港線上，櫛田神社前站也很近，櫛田神社還有博多運河城走路10分鐘內可以到
提早到或是退房時都可以跟櫃檯講需要寄放行李的需求

Cons:

兩個人的話雙人房間還是有些狹窄，冷氣會對著床頭吹，介意的人會需要調整扇葉角度或是換方向睡

Pros:

This is my second time staying here in as many years and I would probably stay again depending on the price. Loved it the first time; this time less so but it still met my expectations fine. Obviously the big pull here is breakfast and it is a good filling breakfast with plenty of options, and they do a great job of organizing it so that everyone has the same amount of time to eat and access to all the different options. This time there was also a dessert cart outside that people with the breakfast option got unlimited access to, which was a big bonus if you're into desserts; it was too much for me. I guess that replaced the smoothie bar they had last year? Otherwise a basic business hotel; small rooms with reasonable beds.
Location is great if you want easy access to the seedier side of Fukuoka!

Cons:

Food was better last year tbh! Everyone is drawn in by the ikura in the breakfast photos - there is ikura for sure but they were not as fresh and large as those in the pictures. It was still good but they tasted a lot more salty than they should. My other nitpick about the food was the free small serving at the end of the night - last time I stayed this was a hearty mackerel ochazuke; this time around it was some weird generic blob of ham minestrone or something that did not sit well with my stomach unfortunately.

Also this is a common complaint I have for many small Japanese business hotel rooms but I wish these things would be improved: (1) put a hook or two in the bathroom to hang a hand/face towel! (2) include an extra small towel for the guest to wipe the counter without having to use the same towel they wipe their face with! (3) toilet and bathtub/shower should not be so close together.

立地が良い。朝ご飯がおいしい。
まわりにコンビニ、飲食店、ドン・キホーテがあるので買い物もできる。
タクシーもたくさん走ってるので困らない。
中洲川端駅から徒歩3分ほど。福岡空港までも電車で10分で近いです。
また宿泊します。
