Great for a business trip and very quiet, though Wi-Fi and roomkeeping need attention.
Pros:

This was my second time staying here for a business trip, and once again, I really appreciated how quiet and relaxing it is after coming back late from work. The customer service remains top-notch, just like during my first stay.

What made this visit truly special was that there were a lot of Spanish guests around, which created a very welcoming atmosphere and made me feel right at home!

Cons:

There were a couple of downsides this time around. The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor on certain days, which is a bit frustrating for a business trip. Also, despite staying for a week and a half, my room was only cleaned once.

What I liked the most was that everything was very quiet, which I really appreciated since I was coming back late from work and was able to relax.

Another point I really liked was the customer service. My room included breakfast, and I wrote to them on the first day because I thought it wasn’t included. I had confused the main kitchen with the one closer to my room. They explained this to me, and even knowing the situation, they always left the breakfast in my kitchen. I really appreciated this detail. Another day, I called because the outside door wouldn’t open, and even though it was late, they answered the call and provided a solution immediately.

Cons:

What I liked the least was the bed; I expected it to be a bit bigger, but I still slept well.

The location wasn’t ideal either, as it was near a cemetery. However, by car it was quick to get to my workplace, so since this was a business trip rather than a leisure one, I actually found the location perfect for my needs.

Cheap-and-cheerful stay for Porvoo.

Porvoo very beautiful old town (especially in winter lights).
Very good budget stay for Porvoo.
I was there for work and this fits exactly the needs.
10 min walking distance to Porvoo old town.
Hotel is a re-modeled hospital.
Very solid breakfast.
