I would definitely stay here again!!

Niet fijn.
Cons:

Verwarming werkte niet. Gemeld rn toen ktegen wij een andere kamer waar de verwarming het wel zou doen. Niet dus, het leek wel of men op een drumstel aan het oefenen was als de verwarming aan was, ik heb dat verder maar zo gelaten en de verwarming uitgedaan. Ontbijt was slecht, het eten in het restaurant was nog slechter. Schimmel in de badkamer

Personale poco empatico con i clienti.
L'eventuale urgenza di eseguire altri compiti, non implica il dover trattare sbrigativamente i clienti che si sono appena presentati alla reception
Nella sala della colazione si presume che in un hotel a 4 stelle sia presente personale per verificare e ripristinare le cose terminate e/o mancanti. Inoltre, in particolar modo quando l'affluenza è minima (vista la bassa stagione) sarebbe buona abitudine sparecchiare i tavoli dove c'è stata una consumazione e riapparecchiarli per i nuovi clienti.
E' inammissibile che il cliente si debba sedere ad un tavolo ancora da sparecchiare o si sieda in un tavolo ancora da apparecchiare e si debba procurare i tovaglioli e le posate da un tavolo ancora da sgomberare, dove le posate non sono state utilizzate.
Inoltre non sarebbe male se il cameriere o il barista di turno indossasse una divisa e/o un grembiale.
