Excellent hotel with great service.
Pros:

Location and service. It was a few blocks from the beach. They gave us chairs and umbrellas to use. They also provided a cart to take us to the beach and back. It was a block away from the Main Street with stores and restaurants. The customer service was exceptional. They helped us get a taxi to our next destination and gave great recommendations for restaurants.

Cons:

The room was small for a family of 4. It was a tight squeeze.

Algemeen was het goeie ervaring van heel het hotel

Cons:

Geen ontbijt gekregen bij het verlaten van het hotel bij ons terugreis.
Wij zijn vertrokken vroeg 6u30 , ze hadden ons misschien een koffie en koekje kunnen meegeven ?
Dit was evenwel geen probleem.

Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di effettuare il check-in in anticipo e la disponibilità della struttura nel consentirci di rimanere negli spazi comuni dopo il check-out in attesa del treno.
Nel complesso, però, la struttura non ci è sembrata all'altezza di un quattro stelle.
La posizione è invece un punto di forza, con supermercati, lidi e ristoranti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Cons:

L'aspetto più deludente è stata la piscina esterna: durante il nostro soggiorno era in corso un evento privato, oltre alla presenza di un altro gruppo organizzato, rendendo l'area molto affollata e rumorosa. Avendo scelto la struttura anche per rilassarci, questo ha compromesso l'esperienza. Sarebbe opportuno informare gli ospiti in anticipo della presenza di eventi.
Anche la colazione ci è sembrata piuttosto limitata rispetto alle aspettative.
Per la SPA, abbiamo scoperto solo in struttura che l'accesso alla piscina interna prevedeva un supplemento. Su Booking questa informazione non ci è sembrata sufficientemente chiara e dovrebbe essere evidenziata meglio. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato l'acqua della piscina interna troppo calda per il periodo estivo.
