We had a good stay here, good clean, modern room, decent breakfast, walking distance to city centre, all good.

Pros:

Es cómo una casa antigua totalmente renovada. Muy linda . Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Estás a 15 min caminando del casco histórico y cerca de la eatacion central (8 cuadras aprox). Es una zona residencial muy tranquila.

Cons:

Estuvo todo bien.

Alles gut, wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, das Personal war sehr freundlich

Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine grosse Auswahl

Cons:

Frühstücksbüffet ist nicht so gut platziert, es ist sehr eng, man stand sich gegenseitig im Wege.
Die Lüftung im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht, die Türe zum Bad war nicht abschliessbar.
Leider hatte es am TV kein einziger Sender, der die WM übertragen hätte.

Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a short walk from the train station and close to the metro line that provides easy access to the city centre and the main attractions. The room was clean and had air conditioning, which made the stay comfortable.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was that the hotel did not have a secure luggage storage room. When I asked to store my luggage before check-in, I was told I could leave it at reception entirely at my own risk. After some discussion, they offered me an early check-in, which I appreciated, but I don't think it's acceptable for a hotel charging around €170 per night not to provide secure luggage storage.

In addition, I had a very early flight the following morning, and the hotel did not offer an early breakfast, a takeaway breakfast, or any alternative. They also showed little willingness to find a solution or offer any form of compensation. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were good, the lack of these basic guest services was disappointing.

A Munich Gem
Pros:

Really lovely hotel, with incredibly friendly staff and in a great location. The room was a good size and very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay and will gladly come back.

Cons:

Unfortunately the soundproofing of the room (mostly the door) was quite lacking, the conversations of other guests and the cleaning staff in the hallway were so loud, it almost sounded as if they were in the room with us.

Practically no counter space in the bathroom.
