it was a wonderful stay. Really nice bunk in the dorm, with a free one on one yoga class in the morning!!!

Beautiful decor, clean and friendly stuff.

Very big and good room. The bathroom is 5 stars. !!!
But there was one big ventilation in front of the room. It was so very noisy that i could not sleep, even I closed all windows and doors. And it was very hot in the room.

I went on a Friday when big music event took place, of Manic Street Preachers so there was no taxi or bus available in the afternoon so had to walk over 30 minutes from station in heat. Shower in Room 5 didn't drain properly and no waste busket for paper towel or sanitary goods for female guests. Request for breakfast by what's app didn't work and at 11am only choice was breakfast muffin. That's little disappointing. They are very friendly and property is nice and lounge and cafe and garden were big and relaxing almost facing Margate coast and good for holiday makers as easy to follow the main promenade and find it.

Overall a good stay, a large room with a lovely sea view. The staff were great and accommodating but overpriced.

The only things that were disappointing were the lighting outside the room. See where the black handle on dark walls.

Along with tired bathroom, missing handles on draw beside the bed, and a blow glass unit. These minor comments as please with our stay, was really good, and would gladly stay again.

More like a hostel & NOT a hotel. No basic amenities like tea/ coffee facilities, no tv. The room was the smallest accommodation ever stayed in. Definitely not suitable for 2 adults. View was of the roof. Very expensive hostel not hotel. The website is misleading!!

Sea views, helpful staff, tidy. Nice decor.

I booked a standard sea view room, the photo online is very different to the reality and far too expensive at £146. Room 303 was very small and cramped, "wardrobe" is a rack. Bathroom is small. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because the lady on reception was very pleasant.

Dorm room is as shown on the pictures, spacious, has private bathroom. Bed was comfortable, had own storage, bed light, power outlets.

The Selina was a perfect hotel for us. Awesome room, and great helpful staff. It made our margate stay very memorable, thank you.

I really enjoyed my staff, the staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy, I would definitely stay again.

Lovely staff and nice large family room. The water pressure was a bit strange (going up and down during shower/bath) but otherwise perfect.

Breakfast was subpar and expensive. Bacon rolls were full of ketchup and eggs seemed to be overcooked or from a packet. No tea or coffee making facilities. There was a kettle but it was hidden away from guests at evenings and weekends.
Room not refreshed so ran out of toilet roll.

The room was very small (box room) with no frills (ie kettle etc)
Breakfast was very very limited.
It reminded more of a hostel type accommodation than a hotel

Great stay, issue with shower pressure and water was a fluctuating in temperature, not a huge issue! Lovely staff and it was very safe and clean.

Room was presented in a nice enough fashion, but was very hot (the electric rads were not even plugged in). The bed was sparse in pillows, lacked a tea service area and even water cups, and a shower that sprayed everywhere. The room was layed out for looks instead of functionality. I don't know if I would stay again.

My advice for he hotel is to focus less on the yoga for guests, and ask what the guests truly want for a comfortable stay.
