The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. The room was very dirty when we arrived, and I brought this to the front desk’s attention. I even showed them pictures of the condition of the room and offered to clean it myself if they would provide me with cleaning supplies. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, I was met with disrespect and cursing.

Because of the way we were treated and the condition of the room, I decided to check out early and cancel the rest of my stay. Unfortunately, the situation got even worse when, as I was leaving the property, employees threw water at me and my family.

I have never experienced this level of disrespect from hotel staff. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience. Management seriously needs to address both the cleanliness of the rooms and the way guests are treated.

Top hotel.
Pros:

Heb heerlijk genoten.
Ben eerder geweest en toen ontstond wrijving deze dame werkt er niet meer.
Met personeel wat er was een heerlijke vakantie gehad.
Nieuwe eigenaar gekomen oke je moet niet verwachten dat je in een 5 steren hotel komt maar dat hoeft voor ons ook niet.
Voor mij heeft het hotel weer het vertrouwen gewonnen.

La puerta del baño no cerraba, demasiado ruido , la atención del joven fue, el wifi no funcionaba en la habitación, el hotel de la foto nada tiene que ver con el lugar , ya que el lugar es demasiado diferente
