Pros:

Two beautiful historic Victorian mansions provided the most quaint setting for our stay. Staff was amazing.The continental breakfast went over the top. Best continental breakfast ever in beautiful sunroom

Location was great, staff was fantastic and so welcoming. Breakfast was a great variety of items and the wine and cheese hour was a great way to get to know the other guests.

A localização é ótima, o quarto onde eu me hospedei é grande e bem confortável sendo a cama bem macia . o café da manhã é OK mas nada excepcional. os jardins da casa é um charme a parte

A comunicação com a propriedade precisa melhorar, eu tentei ligar várias vezes no mesmo dia para ver como eu faria o procedimento de check-in mas o telefone só dava ocupado. Tivemos que insistir para que o nosso quarto fosse limpo sendo que no segundo dia ele não foi. O funcionário da manhã é excelente, mas ele parece sobrecarregado.

Loved the intimate garden area, the furnishings were beautiful and tasteful, beds were heavenly
Pros:

Breakfast was minimal and basic for an inn where everything else was amazingly excellent. Baked goods were store bought and not that good. No cooked dishes.

Cons:

The parking area was a total TERROR to maneuver into. Incredibly tight space and exeedingly difficult to back into the spaces.

Très mauvaise expérience
Pros:

Bon emplacement , jardin joli

Cons:

La chambre qu’on nous a attribuée ( chambre standard King bed )était située en sous-sol, avec vue sur l’escalier, sachant que nous avions réservé deux chambres pour trois nuits.
Le parking ne possède que 4 emplacements, donc malgré ma réservation à l’avance il n’y avait évidement plus de place disponible. On ne peut pas se présenter comme un hôtel ayant un parking sur place si il n’y a que 4 places à proposer pour 40 chambres !
Personnel et services inexistants.
Il est inacceptable de proposer des chambres en sous sol au même prix que les chambres en étage, avec une description “ vue sur jardin ”.
