overall oke kalau untuk renang
Pros:

poin utama hotel ini adalah kolam renang air hangat nya..selebihnya biasa saja..

staff nya ramah..

ada beberapa kekurangan menurut saya :
- tempat parkir tamu hotel rebutan sama customer kolam renang
- tidak ada hair dryer dimana tamu hotel suka berenang setidaknya di front desk ada stok tamu hotel buat pinjam hair dryer
- kualitas rasa breakfastnya harus ditingkatkan lagi seperti roti tawarnya mungkin bs make yg milk bread jd tidak terlalu kering jika dihidangkan begitu saja atau menggunakan bread server yg tertutup..bubur kalau bisa disediakan kaldu nya jg karena terlalu kental tekstur bubur nya..dan jus nya kalau bisa ganti merek nya
- antara pintu menuju kolam renang dengan lift sebaiknya diberi karpet yg mudah menyerap air jd biar dalam hotel tetap terlihat bersih
- tempat sabunnya kalau bisa diperbarui karena kalau dipencet gak keluar, pas pencetan dilepas dia baru keluar sabunnya..dan tolong sediakan shampoo juga..
- handuk jg tolong diperbarui karena warnanya dipertanyakan kebersihannya..
- dan channel tv yang kurang banyak untuk anak2..
