Perfect hotel great food and great all inclusive, the staff are simply wonderful

The ease of getting there, by pre booking a taxi which was waiting for us ŵe got an hour and ten minutes taxi ride for €35

Super Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Angebot an Speisen und Getränken, der Strandabschnitt und die freundliche Art vom Strandboy Kadir. Besonders loben möchte ich die personen an der Rezeption und die Dame in der Lobbybar. Vielen Dank, wir hatten auch ein besonders schönes Zimmer bekommen.

A real gem, with amazing facilities and super friendly atmosphere.
Pros:

Everything amazing. But the staff made it exceptional. The manager was very visible , always checking everything ok. All staff super helpful and friendly and going out of their way to take care of you.

This hotel is one of the best we've ever stayed at. We stayed for a week in April, and it was wonderful.
We loved everything about it:

The staff were excellent across the board. Helpful, attentive but not overbearing. Tui team (Craig, Milo, Debbie and BT) all helped us make the most of our stay. The hotel staff were all excellent, and made our stay fantastic.

The food is wonderful. Buffet offers a range of options, as well as a nightly bit of show cooking. We had intended to eat out a couple of times but ultimately didn't feel we needed to. Enjoyed a la carte twice, and would recommend Culinarium in particular.

Facilities were excellent too. Enjoyed our room, the pool, sauna and bar.

Location is good too. You are very close to the beach, and a 25min stroll into Side. The town itself is lovely. We love archaeology and history and it is everywhere around you.

In conclusion, believe the hype - this place is fantastic.

Wir hatten das große Glück, über die Osterzeit zehn wundervolle Tage in diesem außergewöhnlichen Hotel verbringen zu dürfen – und ehrlich gesagt: Es war eine glatte 10 von 10.

Schon ab dem ersten Moment fühlt man sich hier nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wie ein wirklich willkommener Teil des Ganzen. Diese Herzlichkeit zieht sich durch das komplette Hotel – und das ist heute alles andere als selbstverständlich.

Ein riesiges Kompliment an das gesamte Team: So viel Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und echtes Interesse am Gast erlebt man nur selten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Harun, Ufuk, Savas, Ismael, Serdar, Yusuf, Halil, Miko, Craig, Mehmet, Egge, Debbie, Hasan und Nurettin – ihr habt unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Jeder einzelne von euch trägt dazu bei, dass man sich hier einfach wohlfühlt.

Die Zimmer sind top gepflegt, modern und laden einfach zum Entspannen ein. Die Bar ist hervorragend – super Atmosphäre und richtig gute Drinks.

Und das Essen… wirklich überragend. Eine klare 10/10. Große Auswahl, hohe Qualität und geschmacklich einfach auf einem Niveau, das man so selten findet.

Auch das Animations- und Freizeitprogramm ist perfekt abgestimmt: abwechslungsreich, gut organisiert und vor allem angenehm – nie aufdringlich, sondern genau so, dass man Lust hat mitzumachen.

Man merkt einfach in jedem Detail, dass hier ein starkes Management dahintersteht, das weiß, wie man Gästen ein echtes Urlaubserlebnis bietet.

Fazit: Dieses Hotel ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

From the very first moment, you don’t feel like just a guest here, but truly welcomed and appreciated. This genuine warmth can be felt throughout the entire hotel – something that is quite rare these days.

Meine Tochter und ich haben hier 10 sehr erholsame Urlaubstage verbracht. Das gesamte Personal ist überaus angenehm und freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Damen, die unermüdlich unsere Zimmer sauber gehalten haben, ISMAIL,🍹der uns wunderbare Getränke am Pool serviert hat, EMIN 🍽️ im Restaurant, der uns nie warten lies und MIKO, 🫶🏼 der uns zu sportlichen Höchstleistungen erfolgreich animierte.
Wichtig noch zu erwähnen, wie positiv der Umgang mit den vielen Katzen hier ist. 🐈‍⬛ Vielen Dank dafür!!!!

Bare fantastisk
Pros:

Stedet er fantastisk, det er 3. Gang vi var der. Sidste gang var for 7 år siden, men alt er som vi huskede det, uden at sætte en finger på noget. Vi kan kun anbefale stedet til andre voksne som ønsker luksus, afslapning og gastronomi i særklasse.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

This was our second visit the the Andiz, we loved it the first time and it didn’t disappoint the second time. I’m literally going to say what everyone else says, the staff are so friendly they make you feel like family, a lot of guests are returning so you know people already. It really is a special hotel with such a relaxed feeling. Savas the manager walks round the whole hotel all day long, chatting with the guests and making people feel comfortable. Halit runs his bar so well, always a hub for a good chin wag and a cocktail. I could write about every member of staff but they are all very good at their job and that starts at the top and filters down. The rooms are very comfortable, the food is good, drinks good, location great for a walk on the prom or a walk into Side. Roof top bar is a great place to watch the sunset and there is a new terrace bar with beautiful palms and ambient lighting where you can sit by day and bask in the sunshine or have pre/post dinner drinks. We had a massage package this year, very good, can highly recommend. To sum up from a fussy traveller, it’s fabulous!
