With a better service the Hotel would be good.
Pros:

The Hotel is very close to many restaurant so easy to find one. There are things I did not like at all however Kayla the hotel manager was so helpful and she tried to accommodate my requests, unfortunately too late. But she has been professional though and so quick in responding to emails.

Cons:

They did not tell me the room was going to be cleaned every other day, they promised to give me another room which never happened on time. On booking.com I sent a comment to have a quite room and it was not the case.

Expectations were met,I will book again at this location.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the property was well kept. The location is perfect, there were retailers including a Sam’s in the area and the hotel isn’t far from downtown.

Cons:

The shower was clean and nice but I think they need a stronger or bigger shower head and to just install a door on the wall in shower….real minor detail in all fairness it was a nice bathroom.

Pros:

Great location (behind a Target) and felt very safe. Building seemed very new and extremely clean. For the price, free breakfast would have been nice.
