Coco was very helpful. English was not an issue. Bfast was great lots of options.

No advantages for globalists, not recommended.
Pros:

We have two kids and they are under 10, we stayed this hotel last year and the experience was great. Staffs were very helpful and kids liked it very much. So we chose this hotel without thinking too much this year. We were also awarded a guest of honor from friend and applied to our stay. Thought this will enhance our experience. BUT, to our surprise. There was no much advantages for globalist. Also, they require a fee to use sofa bed, which we never heard of from other Hyatt hotels around the world.

We were there for business and the stay was very pleasant and the staff were excellent.
Pros:

There was a great selection of Asian food and a suffice selection of Western food for breakfast. The staff were very courteous and professional.

Cons:

On several evenings the selection listed on the menu was not available or sold out meaning we had to leave and go to other restaurants close by (ten minute walk).
