A great stay with excellent value, but room for improvement in service and comfort
Pros:

The excellent value for money, the well-equipped gym with convenient opening hours, the high-quality buffet, the friendly and professional staff, and the great location.

Cons:

The main downside was the lack of variety at the buffet. Although the food quality was consistently excellent, the options were very repetitive throughout my stay.

Secondly, the housekeeping service was the most disappointing aspect overall. The timing was inconvenient, making it difficult to have the room cleaned when needed, and when it was done, the cleaning felt quite superficial. Even after leaving a tip on the first day, the service did not improve. Out of my 10-day stay, there were three days when my room was not cleaned at all.

Lastly, for a five-star hotel of this level, the soundproofing should be significantly improved. It was surprising to hear almost everything from neighboring rooms—even minor noises like running water or other everyday activities were clearly audible.

I absolutely loved the staff. I arrived at the W Panama on the 21st of March for my birthday, and I had a disastrous check-in on my parts. The front desk crew young lady she understood she helped me both of them get checked in they were absolutely wonderful.
They were so kind to me for my birthday, I wish I would have gotten their names but if they do read this I wanted to let them know that I appreciate them and I thank them very much for making my stay at their hotel A+. I will never forget them, the front desk crew, the bartenders, the young people that cleaned my room they were awesome, highly recommended. I apologize. I wish I've gotten their names. But if you or someone that works at the hotel is reading this, I want to say thank you very, very much

La piscine est ensoleillée à partir de 14h .seulement 5 lits complètement morts au bord de la pscine (nous sommes rentrés avec un horrible mal de dos)d ailleurs ts les meubles autour de la piscine sont en mauvais état.la vue de la piscine sur des immeuble pas comme les hôtels en front de mer.le ménage bien fait un jour sur 2 ,il fallait appeler constamment pour avoir des bouteilles d eau ,petit déjeuner correct sans plus

Never agin.
Pros:

Staff in the restaurant. Giovanni the weighter and the cheif of the restaurant were amazing. The breakfast is good.

Cons:

Nothing. The worst hotel, really. Rooms are so uncomfortable. Cleanliness 0. Comparing to the other hotels 360 $ per night, this is the worst choice for sure.

Le wifi payant est vraiment rédhibitoire. Pour le prix de la chambre le wifi devrait être gratuit.
