This is our last day on what has been another perfect holiday at the blue ivy. This is our 4th time returning since we first came in 2023 and the hotels standards are exactly the same each year, immaculate rooms and lovely decor. The pool area is the same too with great sun beds and a relaxed atmosphere. We stay bed and breakfast and the breakfast in the morning is great, fresh food with plenty of variety, we have also eaten in the hotel at night a couple of times during our stay and the food is all very good. It’s just a personal choice that we like to go for a walk in the evening to go to restaurants otherwise we’d be more than happy to eat at the hotel every night. Each year we come back we see so many familiar faces which is always a good example of how much people like this hotel, some of which we have become friends with whilst here. The thing that sets this hotel apart from the rest is the manager and staff, Nikos is a gentleman and makes sure everyone is having a great stay and is always present at the hotel, the staff are brilliant and they all add a real personal touch to your stay from the moment you walk in to reception you’re made to feel at home. We have already booked our stay for next year and look forward to returning already. Thanks again to everybody at the blue ivy and we will see you next year 😊

Our first time here and definitely coming back next year. Made welcome as soon as we walked through the doors… the staff were all lovely polite and do anything for you , food WOW !! Amazing loads of choices and presentation just the best! Stayed here all inclusive so glad as spoilt for choice from drinks to food. See you next year 😍

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Blue Ivy Hotel in Protaras, and it exceeded all of our expectations.

The standout feature of our holiday was undoubtedly the incredible restaurant and bar staff. Every single member of the team greeted us with genuine warmth, a smile, and exceptional professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they worked tirelessly from morning until night to ensure every guest had a wonderful experience. The service was attentive, friendly, and personal, making us feel truly valued throughout our stay.

The food was absolutely outstanding. There was an excellent variety at every meal, with beautifully presented dishes that were always fresh, delicious, and of an exceptionally high standard. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was something to suit every taste, and we looked forward to every meal. The bar staff also deserve special praise for their fantastic cocktails, excellent drinks service, and welcoming atmosphere, which made every evening a pleasure.

Another thing that really impressed us was the cleanliness of the hotel. Everywhere was immaculate – from our room to the restaurants, bar areas, pool, and all the communal spaces. The housekeeping and cleaning teams clearly take enormous pride in their work, and the hotel is maintained to an exceptionally high standard. It is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in.

The Blue Ivy has created the perfect combination of outstanding hospitality, superb food and drink, and impeccable cleanliness. The staff are a real credit to the hotel and are the reason it stands out from so many others.

We recently stayed at the Blue Ivy Hotel in Protaras, and it exceeded all expectations. From arrival, the welcoming and attentive staff—especially Vlad and Anna at reception—made us feel truly valued. Customer service throughout the hotel was outstanding, with the restaurant team and Executive Chefs delivering an unforgettable dining experience. Every member of staff showed genuine care and professionalism.
The hotel’s customer service truly stands out. In the restaurant, Dimpal, Amir, Emylia, Andreas, Panikos, Filios, Marinos, Raman and Executive Chef, Mr. Kiriakos and Mr. Nikos made our experience unique and unforgettable. We would like to mention that all staff were wonderful and we do appreciate all their dedication and commitment. Every need, whether big or small, was met with a can-do attitude that made my stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The level of care and professionalism from the entire team left a lasting impression. Cleanliness was impeccable across the hotel, from the rooms to the public areas. The pool was spotless daily, with enjoyable entertainment, thoughtful extras like refreshing towels, and complimentary drinks from the pool bar.
The variety of dishes available not only catered to all tastes but also showcased the best of local and international cuisines.
Our superior room was spacious, peaceful, and perfectly maintained, with lovely daily touches from housekeeping. The hotel’s location is stunning, with beautiful views and complimentary sun loungers adding to the relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, the Blue Ivy Hotel offers exceptional service, fantastic food, and a beautiful setting. We highly recommend it for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Protaras.

One of the best hotels i have stayed in regarding food , accommodation, and general cleanliness.
Great location and the management team and staff could not do enough for you.
The little touches like giving you cold towels and free cold drinks around the pool, and biscuits every night makes you enjoy even more.
The only issue was the mad dash to get sunbeds at 8am every morning, the management team need to look at this, to try and solve the issue, the policy does say that they will remove towels if no-one has been at pool for an hour but this was not enforced.
I would return but possibly not in peak seasons.

Been in this hotel only four days at the minute and 7 days to go, but wow what a hotel absolutely top drawer

Its the cleanest hotel ive ever been in, its spotless
All the staff are so friendly and helpful, they really go out of there way to make shure your having a good stay
We booked bed and breakfast as we like to eat at different places, where and when we want, but the breakfast choices are unbelievable and its all great food
We paid for our dinner a couple of nights ago as we wanted to see if the dinner food was as good, and yes amazing
And now to top it off the Hotel manager took us into his office and asked how we were enjoying our stay and then gave us a voucher to have another dinner with wine/beer etc on him
We are now gonna ask at reception tomorrow if we can upgrade for the rest of the holiday
Not one negative at this amazing hotel, you must try for yourselves

This was aur fourth visit to the Blue Ivy and it was fabulous yet again 💙 all the staff are amazing nothing is to much trouble. On arrival our room was up graded by Mr Nicos thankyou so much 😊 💙 lovely room with a amazing view. If your thinking about booking this hotel you want be disappointed it's the best in Cyprus 💙, we will be returning for our fifth time next year thanks again to all at the Blue Ivy for a fabulous holiday 💙 🤗

A really lovely experience thanks to a dedicated team of staff from the receptionists to the waiting staff and the cleaners,their is nothing to criticise this hotel about every one goes out of their way to make sure every thing is spot on with your holiday.The manager Nicos has a weekly meeting to introduce his staff to the guests and Nicos speaks with such passion about them it was really good to hear.We celebrated our golden wedding anniversary and came back to our room to an ice bucket of champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries whish was a lovely surprise so thank youBlue IVY also for the room upgrade and the late check out room.I would definately reccomend the Blue Ivy hotel for a great holiday.

Location wise two minute walk to the main beach and two minute walk to all the restaurants and entertainment

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel and it was as good if not better than the previous visits. The friendliness of the staff from the minute we arrived was so welcoming. Our room was lovely. A side sea view room where we could see the sea and the front of the hotel while sitting out on the balcony was great. It was spotless and had everything we needed.
We were B&B. The breakfast was delicious! The bacon was so good. Plenty of choice for everyone. The restaurant staff are so welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
At the start of our week the ability to get a pool bed was quite easy as it wasn't as busy but towards the end of the week it got busier and we found that people were putting their towels down early which was a shame. It was the only hotel I'd been to where we hadn't needed to get up early to put our towels down which was really nice but was getting like that as we came to the end of our holiday. The hotel supplies pool towels which can be exchanged every day. The laundry ladies are lovely.
We had lunch at the hotel. It's a la carte with a lot of choice. The food is really lovely. The drinks from the bar are really good. Great cocktails.
The hotel is in a great location. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to the strip where there are shops and restaurants. It's the perfect place to stay.
Nicos the manager is the best hotel manager there is. He speaks to all his guests. He's genuinely interested in how your holiday is going and how you are. He works so hard to please everyone and it shows with such a good hotel.
There are a lot of repeat guests at the hotel. We are definitely going to come back. It's relaxing and so friendly with staff who really care about their guests.

We had the best vacation of my life. 🙏 From the first moment when we arrived at the hotel, we were treated to the finest hospitality and top service. Anyone who chooses to vacation at The Blue Ivy will make the best decision. Our first thanks go to the restaurant staff. Each of your smiles brightened our days; other world-class hotels have a lot to learn from you (Marinos, Biraj, Amir, Krishna, Bikash, Anish, Rupak, Subhraj… ) - you were AMAZING and we miss you 🤩❤️. The same goes for the girls at the pool bar (Zoya & Karolina).
The kitchen… In one word - INCREDIBLE. Food was delicious, every day = new tastes. Many thanks to Bhim and his college (sorry I forgot name) and of course to other colleges in kitchen 🩵

For the hotel staff and management, the word “no” doesn’t exist — nothing is impossible. That’s the best thing for any vacationer. 😊
The only thing we would have liked is for the pool to stay open a little longer. There’s a great atmosphere there, and when we saw it after dark, it might be great to organize a night swim (9–10 p.m.) at least once a week— this pool has a special charm when the lights are on in and around it.✨

This hotel is amazing, the rooms are very clean and spacious. The food is definitely 5 star. The staff are so freindly and can’t do enough for you especially Mr Nikkos the manager, we stayed an extra 2 nights and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back

Been visiting Cyprus for last 20 years. This hotel is amongst the top we have ever stayed in. What stands out against other hotels is the small details. Nothing is too much trouble to help you enjoy your holiday. The manager is always approachable and all the staff without question are super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for the strip or the beach. The food in the restaurant is top quality and a huge variety of dishes to suit everybody. Big shout outs to the chefs who do an amazing job. Hotel is kept spotless by a team of dedicated cleaners. We are sat in reception waiting to leave and already looking to return next year.

Fantastic Hotel, very clean, incredibly friendly and helpful staff and a great location, just 5 minutes away from the sea

We've just returned from this hotel but before we left we rebooked for next year.
When we first arrived it was dark so I didn't really know what I thought of the hotel but it soon got me loving it.
I can only reiterate what is said in most of the reviews. Staff, food and cleanliness all top notch.
The downside is the sunbed situation. Many people run to the sunbeds to get their favourite one but alot of them don't come back for hour's. It does say that if left unattended for more than 1 hour the towels will be removed but unfortunately this isn't acted on. Saying that you can always get a sunbed it just seems selfish and a bit mean that they do this. That said we definitely can't wait for our next holiday at the Blue Ivy.

The pool bar staff and evening bartender were great and made lovely cocktails .The hotel is always spotless the cleaners do a great job around the pool and rooms.

By far the best hotel experience in all my years of travelling! The staff welcome you like family and Nicos, wow! What an amazing manager and host! Made us feel very special with a complimentary evening meal and lunch on our last day!
The food is outstanding! The little touches, such as a goodnight card and biscuits was totally unexpected! If we visit Cyprus again we will definitely stay at the Blue Ivy!

We have returned after an amazing 10day AI stay at this truly remarkable hotel the Blue Ivy ! We have travelled all over the world and without a doubt this has to be the best AI in Europe we have ever stayed in . The food is out of this world and we ate morning, noon and night in the hotel never needing or wanting to eat anywhere else, the chef’s are superb and the hotel should be very very proud of all they have achieved and with all their amazing staff from cleaners to management a few call outs for us being round the pool every day was definitely George ,Karolina and Zoi who looked after us like we were family we will definitely be coming back x Thank you to all at the hotel who made it an amazing holiday 💙

The Blue Ivy is a fantastic hotel, run by extremely professional and dedicated staff, from management right through to the cleaners. You can tell all the staff love working here. You will not be dissapointed when you stay here, just sad when you have to leave. We have just booked again for September this year, making it our 4th time within 16 months, I think that speaks for itself. There are lots of repeaters (who are made to feel part of the hotel family). Big thanks from us to all the staff, special mention to Nicos, Hotel Manager and David, Front of House Manager. Very helpful and clean warm and relaxing very chilled holiday, we visited the spa as a couple and both the Maria's was very professional and calming ,would highly recommend the hotel restaurant and the spa will be coming back ,thank to all staff 😀
