What a great hotel the food and drink were first class and the staff were fantastic

В цьому готелі нам сподобалось абсолютно все! Починаючи від будівлі та території готелю, номерів, персоналу який зустрічає та інших працівників з ким перетинались за час відпочинку- все разом справило дуже приємне враження, відчуття спокою, затишку та комфорту!
Для нас важливою була тиша в ночі- в готелі досить гарна шумоізоляція, навколо (принаймні в нашому номері) не було стороннього шуму від сусідніх будівель/кондиціонерів, вночі залишали двері на балкон відчиненими.
Номер приємний та комфортний в ньому було все необхідне. Засоби гігієни якісні. Матраци та подушки були зручні. Заміна рушників, постільної білизни- дуже добре. Зустрічати світанок на балконі із чашечкою кави це окремий вид насолоди. Чай, кава в достатній кількості, щоденне поповнення води в номері, вечірні печива з приємними побажаннями- додавали відчуття турботи.
Їжа в ресторані просто ТОП- дуже різноманітні та смачні сніданки, хто полюбляє випічку- неймовірний вибір, свіжі фрукти. Обіди по меню- порції великі, ціни відносно інших закладів дуже адекватні, а на смак набагато смачніше. Тематичні вечері просто на висоті- дуже різноманітно та смачно. Особливого шарму додає сам ресторан- гарний інтер'єр, приємна музика, персонал який дуже старається щоб гість був задоволений.
Приємно було потрапити на День народження готелю, де для персоналу та гостей було святкування.
P.S. Особлива подяка Анні, яка була для мене Чарівною феєю в мій День народження, ці емоції та відчуття залишаться назавжди в моїй пам'яті та моєму серці. Безмежно вдячна! Обіймаю!

The Blue Ivy will not disappoint.
Wonderful, attentive staff led by Nicos, the Hotel Manager.
Nothing is too much trouble - speak to David and his team on Reception if you require anything and he will advise and sort it for you.
Every area excels. Incredibly clean and very high standards maintained by Eleni and her wonderful team of cleaners.
The restaurant is so friendly and all the staff will quickly attend to your every need.
Situated close to the beach and strip with great entertainment at night.
Do not be put off by problems in the middle east. Life is very much continuing as normal in Cyprus and you will not feel threatened in any way.

We stayed at The Blue Ivy for our wedding week and we couldn’t have asked for more. We were so warmly greeted by David and Nicos the manager when we arrived and had a lovely welcome drink which was needed after a long day of travelling!
Throughout the week anything we needed - we just had to ask. The Blue Ivy genuinely want to make your stay special. On our wedding day we needed another room for a couple of hours so we could get ready separately. They so kindly sorted a junior suite for me to get ready in.

The staff feel like a family. They are interested in their guests and will help with anything.

The facilities are great. I used the gym and there are also 2 pools and a spa.
The food is delicious. And the restaurant staff are delightful too.

Our fourth visit to this fabulous hotel. Nicos does a fantastic job running the hotel aided by his amazing staff. Nothing is too much trouble and we are made to feel so welcome during each stay. Special shout out to Dave, Front of House Manager for his help sorting a connector for my headphones. Looking forward to next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Well what can I say we stopped here in May for the very 1st time and we were completely blown away with the standards , every member of staff were amazing , the food was delicious and the cleanliness was top notch.
This hotel is on another level and needs to be raised to a 5 star hotel .
Loved seeing Nikos the Manager out and about ensuring everyone was having a good stay , loved the meet and greet getting to know each member off staff .

We stayed in room 416 a double room with a side seats view and what a view that was looking down the road and seeing the sea there .

Little touches like the goodnight card with the biscuits to the slushes while you were sat round the pool and the cooling flannels were amazing too .

We booked again for May/ September a day after landing can’t wait to go back .

Just spent two fabulous weeks at the Blue Ivy Protaras, this hotel is immaculate the rooms and views are excellent the food exceptional the staff will do everything to make your stay special. The hotel Manager Nicos this guy is the reason we return twice a year he makes the hotel special. Me and my partner travel a lot but have never met a Manager like Nicos he always makes are holiday with his kindness and professionalism we will return in October. Special thank you to Andria at reception this lady went above and beyond to are needs. See you all in October.

This was our second visit to the Blue Ivy Hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Without exception ALL staff can’t do enough for you. They make you extremely welcome. The food is excellent.

A really terrific all-inclusive hotel. Lovely rooms, a short stroll from the beach, and a fantastic pool area.

The meals were a highlight. Lunch is à la carte which we enjoyed. Dinners are splendid buffets always with a great range of lovely things to try. The restaurant team are so incredibly helpful - it really did feel like proper VIP service.

An excellent all-inclusive experience - we were delighted by everything. The hotel itself isn’t massive - around 120 rooms so busy but not too-busy. Don’t hesitate to book here.

The staff cannot do enough for you each end everyone of them, immaculately kept throughout and the food is the best we've ever experienced at an all inclusive! Location is perfect with everything close by.
It was our first visit on recommendation and certainly wont be our last.

Still in this amazing hotel during our 10 day stay it’s by far the most attentive staff we have ever come across every member of staff goes out there way with a big smile to assist you, The pool is so relaxed with a fabulous bar & live music from a saxophone player,The rooms are immaculate getting cleaned and changed everyday,The upstairs seating area is a beautiful place to relax having your favourite cocktails, Finally I’ll save the best to last which is the restaurant you are greeted by friendliest manager you’ll ever come across and the food is restaurant quality it’s by far the best we’ve ever tasted and we are well travelled, 100% we will return & recommend this amazing hotel, My advice to the lovely manager is “don’t change a thing it’s perfect” thank you.

We have just arrived back home today after a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. We have never ever been to such a lovely hotel where staff ( every single member) are so friendly and welcoming. They can’t do enough for you !

Location nice restaurant and staff

From arrival at hotel check in we knew we were in for a special experience. David was pleasant welcoming with a little humour. Room was modern and had everything we would need. Manager and guests meeting on our first day was unlike anything else. Nikos presented his vision of how a hotel should work and introduced his staff. The food was excellent and all the hotel staff were pleasant smiling and always acknowledged their guests. Pool in the day had nice touches with sax player and electric fiddler at a relaxing noise level. Lifeguard George handed out refreshing fruit slush (not just to AI guests) a couple of times a day. On departing Jet2 have a in resort CHECKIN so our cases were taken to the airport for us and therefore we could go straight to security in airport rather than queue at checkin/bag drop. All in all the hotel and it's location in protaras we're excellent. Will be returning

What an amazing hotel. 5 star treatment all the way. Me and my wife stayed in this hotel in May 2026 for 10 nights. We were all inclusive plus which included premium brand drinks. We felt very welcome from the first minute we checked in with David who was very polite and welcoming. Our room was number 420, we had a side sea view with a great view.
Our room was very spacious and extremely clean.
Everywhere in this hotel is very clean. The cleaners are always cleaning and are all very polite and always say hello.
The food is top notch, 10 out of 10. I have never been to an all inclusive hotel where the food has been this good. All the waiters are polite and helpful. It would be unfair to single any one out because they were all so good at there job.
However Manis (Think I have his name right) who greets you when you enter the restaurant, what a guy, greets you with the biggest smile and is also very polite.

Again Zoe went above and beyond so serve cocktails to my wife that she loved.

What a great guy, Again goes above and beyond to please his guest. Takes time to walk around and speaks to everyone.
Pool area is fantastic, plenty of sunbeds for every body.
Excellent location to, 2 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to the strip.
We have already booked for next May and we never go to the same hotel twice, that's how good this hotel is.

Everything was excellent! The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was rich and delicious, and all the staff were amazing, friendly, and very polite. We especially loved the saxophone music by the pool, the free drinks, and the warm greetings from the managers that made us feel truly welcome. A wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

My friend and I have really enjoyed our week at the Bue Ivy and will be returning again 100%. Massive thanks to Nicos and David who organised a room move for us. Karolina and Zoe the brilliant pool bar ladies and not forgetting George too! A shout out to the housekeeping team who kept the hotel spotless.

This was our third stay at this hotel, and again, it was just amazing! We love the location as it’s 5 minutes to the nearby restaurants and bars and 5 minutes from the beach.
The hotel and the rooms are spotlessly clean, this is really important to us when we go on holiday. This was down to Elena head of the housekeeping and her staff who work tirelessly to make your stay perfect.
We were bed and breakfast, but ate in the hotel a few nights as the food was excellent. They do theme nights, so no repetition. The ambience in the hotel is lovely,
all staff in the hotel are so friendly and cannot do enough for you.
Mr Nicos the hotel manager is so lovely welcoming and kind, his door is always open if you have any concerns, not that we did.
A special mention to Nic, the bar manager, who was so lovely and attentive and made us laugh on numerous occasions.
We recommend this hotel for anyone thinking of going to Protarus, my husband and I will definitely be going back next year.
