La atención del personal. La habitación excelente
Nada todo excelente
A localização, tamanho do quarto, facilidades de estar dentro de um shopping é excelente. Pessoal muito atento. Nao tem proximo nenhum metro, para quem gosta de acessibilidade de transporte, mas é muito proximo a otimos lugares e restaurantes.
O barulho a noite, feito por uma obra no shopping, e um apito tbm que vem do shoping que nao entendi, mas só escuta quem acorda a noite.
Hotel moderno. Quarto amplo, moderno e muito confortável. Hotel situado junto a um shopping de alto nível, excelente para quem quer ter lojas e restaurantes no entorno.
Hotel cobrava por cada hora de early check-in, mesmo tendo quarto disponível.
Extremely disappointing experience with both NH Hotel and Casa Costanera Mall’s parking service in Santiago, Chile.
The hotel waives parking charges only between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.; outside those hours, guests pay CLP 35 per minute. The payment process is unnecessarily complicated, requiring guests to go to basement level -4, find a window, ring a bell, wait for the amount to be calculated, and then use a kiosk to pay.
The night before my departure, I explained to the parking staff that I had an early flight and needed to retrieve my car at 7:00 a.m. They assured me that assistance was available 24 hours a day. However, nobody was at the window, no bell was answered, there was no mobile signal, and no alternative contact information was available.
I ultimately had to pay USD 30 to retrieve my car, in addition to the parking charges I had already paid during the day. At checkout, the hotel told me I “should have called,” despite the lack of signal, contact information or available staff.
The hotel directs guests to the mall’s parking facility, while the mall provides incorrect information, and neither accepts responsibility. This is unacceptable. Guests should have a clear, fixed-fee parking arrangement and reliable access to their vehicles at all times.
I strongly recommend choosing another hotel. Santiago offers many alternatives with better organization, transparency and customer service.

Muy difícil opción dos camas, mismo solicitando con anterioridad.
Desayunobueno y variado, buena ubicación y buena habitación.
Trataron de anular mi reserva el mismo día del checkin, eso es inaceptable, me ofrecían una habitación de menor nivel prácticamente al mismo precio.
Fue tal la descoordinación del hotel, que cuando llegamos me asignaron la habitación que yo había reservado, o sea, no era verdad lo que me decían en los mensajes que no habían habitaciones disponibles.
Cuando uno llega en vehículo, no hay nadie que oriente con el estacionamiento.
Como trago de bienvenida pedí un pisco sour que estaba malísimo
Muy caro para lo que ofrece.

La ubicación es excelente. Estar dentro del shopping es un plus. La cama es muy cómoda. Las instalaciones modernas. La habitación bien equipada con cafetera y calentador de agua. Y el personal es sumamente atento y cordial.
