Pedimos camas separadas en las tres piezas y todas eran camas matrimoniales, al final me ofrecieron poner una cama supletoria en una de ellas. En otra habitación al abrir la cama encontré un trozo de papel higiénico con sangre, me dio mucho asco y claramente no habían cambiado las sábanas, me parece que para un hotel de esta categoria ( y para cualquiera) es inaceptable.

Agradable alojamiento gran ubicación
Pros:

Habitaciones cómodas y bien decoradas. Gran ubicación cercano a exquisitos restaurant, pubs y por su puesto tener las tiendas ahí mismo.

Muy agradable!
Pros:

El desayuno era rico, la ubicación perfecta, el cuarto muy lindo y cómodo. La limpieza perfecta. La gente muy amable.

Cons:

Como sugerencia para el hotel es que tienen poco personal entonces el poco personal que tenía siempre estaba colapsado. De todas formas siempre todos eran muy amables y serviciales. Pero muchas veces no había nadie que te ayudara a abrir la puerta y transportar equipaje cuando llegabamos muy cargadas. Y otras veces hubo que esperar mucho las cosas en el desayuno porque no daban abasto para todos los huéspedes que había.

Las habitaciones, ubicación.

Cons:

El personal está sobre vendido, al llegar al hotel nadie te recibe. Un solo counter para hacer check in y check out, en el desayuno el personal sobre pasado, no habían mesas limpias, todas sucias, llegamos 1 hora antes que acabe el desayuno y no quedaba nada de comida. Teníamos el cartel de no molestar en la habitación e ingresaron a las 9am a hacer el aseo mientras nosotros dormíamos.
