Un hotel bonito , limpio , con zonas muy amables para lectura o descanso

La ubicación , un barrio tranquilo con muchos restaurantes cerca , zona para caminar

Cons:

La ubicación

Cons:

No funcionaba la calefacción, había estufa eléctrica y no funcionaban todos los enchufes. Al no haber sistema de aire, no se ventilaba la habitación, atroz más aún cuando no tiene ventanas. El desayuno era mucho mejor cuando era abajo, me impresionó que existe un tostador para todo el hotel, no había tocino, nadie te dice que puedes pedir cosas, cuando pedimos demoró demasiado, el pan duro, jugo de naranja parecía de sobre, el roomservice cierra a las 22hrs un sábado!!! Deja mucho que desear este hotel que se encuentra en el mall más exclusivo de stgo. No volveríamos.

Good hotel but the charges are too high for the room. Only selling point is the mall.
Pros:

Location was good. I like the breakfast.

Cons:

It was a standard room with no facilities like iron box, small water bottle as complimentary. I didn't see the value for money I paid except for the location .

Muy cómodas las camas, muy atentos los empleados.

Cons:

Hubo trabajos nocturnos en un local del shoping (mismo edificio donde esta ubicado el hotel) qué duraron hasta las 4.00 am......, y los ruidos fueron bastantes molestos. Poco personal para atender en el desayuno.

Muy buena opción de hotel en Vitacura

Muy buen hotel. Buen desayuno. La ubicación fue óptima para nuestro viaje. Casa Costanera pegado al hotel agrega valor.
