A very happy few days, wished it was longer.
Pros:

Loved the location. I made this reservation thinking it was the hotel across from the large Costanera Mall, since I had stayed twice in the past. I will stay at this location going forward. Such a quiet and clean part of Santiago. And a short walk to my fave restaurant, Osaka :)

Cons:

The hotel ABSOLUTELY NEEDS TO MAKE SHOWERS MORE PRIVATE! We had to buy a plastic shower curtain to cover the glass doors so we could shower with some privacy. That is very awkward.

Bella struttura e ottima posizione
Pros:

La struttura si trova in un’area di Santiago residenziale e molto tranquilla. Proprio sopra un piccolo centro commerciale molto bello e vicino al parco bicentenario davvero bello e tranquillo. Buona la posizione vicino a tantissimi ristoranti buonissimi. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera pulita e grande. Consigliamo vivamente. Noi eravamo due più una neonata di 9 mesi.

Un hotel digno de volver
Pros:

El trato del personal es excelente. Tuvieron muchísimas atenciones y siempre atentos a nuestras solicitudes. Nos tramitaron un tour a frutillar y todo estuvo excelente. Muy limpio y de muy bien gusto. El restaurante excelentes. Regresaremos sin lugar a dudas.

Caro y no vale la pena para lo que es

Es lindo y queda bien ubicado

Cons:

Llegué a las 7. No tienen valet parking y hay que entrar al estacionamiento donde tuve que pagar 30.000 por una noche.
No me pudieron unir las camas porque no tenían personal.
Llamé al room service y la carta que estaba en la pieza no coincidía con la que tenían ellos abajo.
Carísimo para ser un hotel que no es top.
