Homewood Suites by Hilton Rocky Mount

I will visit again and again!!! Great staff, food and amenities. I’m so glad to have stayed here.

The design of our suite was nice and spacious. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

Yes! Loved everything about the place.

The room service staff a bit in a hurry- forgot tissues,
and no toilet paper backup - had 3-4 sheets on roll in bathroom, had to go down to desk to get roll.
No maintenance /house staff on duty, small problem but no one to help.

By far the best hotel property in the area

Receptionist couldn’t find my reservation, showed her paperwork from Expedia and though I was a little frustrated, she was extremely rude and said I was rude since I entered property. It appears after talking to Expedia, your hotel never confirmed reservation.

We stayed three nights, first night we reported that the room thermostat did not stop running on heat so the room got really really hot.
We didn’t get room service any of the three days we were there.
Couldn’t use the Wi-Fi password that was associated with the room. We had issues connecting with the Wi-Fi.
Other than that great place great people clean facilities. Breakfast was great like what you expect from the Homewood suites.

As avid bicyclists, my wife and I needed the extra space provided in the suite to keep our bikes and still have space to move around. The small kitchen was great, especially having the fridge/freezer. Access from I-95 was quick and easy. Worth the price.

This is a very, very nice hotel. Has everything you need. The staff is great. Descent prices.

My room had an infestation of silverfish, I killed two in the bathroom , there was on in the closet & I killed one on the rug by the couch.The dresser was chewed up really bad on the bottom, the sofa bed was ripped on top cushions , and my room had a cockroach climbing up the wall

What a great hotel! The room was very nice but what puts this place over the top is the staff. Everyone was so friendly and pleasant. Shout out the the breakfast staff, Joe and Ricky. The food was excellent.

The hotel is immaculate from the minute you walk in . Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely a great stop overnight choice!

Front desk was outstanding, rooms very clean and the breakfast was great! Recommend to anyone traveling through Rocky Mount NC.

The property itself was fine. Our bathroom did not flush and they had no other rooms available for us. We were told that we would not get any type of refund since we went through a third party. Maintenance was not available on site and we ended up having to go to the lobby every time we had to go to the bathroom which was absolutely ridiculous!
