basically good overall.
Pros:

place is good, very close to many stores, busy area.
private parking underground. breakfast is also quite good.

Cons:

problem is getting out dated, tv is small not able to screensharing. and a biggest problem is they have people smoking inside. even in the elevator. understand that many people smoking inside china, but they should label which is allowed which is not allowed.

Pros:

Stayed for a short business trip oved at Holiday Inn Anshan. Check-in was relatively quick considering the Covid requirements.Room was spacious enough and tidy.Breakfast was very average with limited choices.For short trips it's good enough

Pros:

Holiday inn express 還是有一定的服務水平，房間很新，很乾淨舒適，早餐種類算是齊全，餐廳環境也算是非常好，可惜只有早餐提供，中餐晚餐必需叫外賣或是到酒店外覓食

Pros:

Surprised to see a Holiday Inn in Anshan. Our hotel room had a view of one of the world's largest steel mills. It went across the horizon. If you like that sort of thing, it was impressive.
