Cons:

Only 1 elevator was working and took up to 20 minutes to on one. Also, booking.com has wrong precieve of room layouts. One of my rooms was not what was advertised.

The location of the property was great. Very stylish and spacious lobby.

Cons:

There was only one working elevator. No towels in the pool area. We booked the “breakfast option” on booking for our family of six and was told (after talking to three different people at the front desk) that “six was too many” to receive breakfast vouchers. In the end, we got six breakfast vouchers but they made it seem like they were doing us a favor instead of providing us what we already paid for on booking. Very disappointing.

The room was nice and spacious. Loved how clean everything was and I felt very comfortable in the room.

Cons:

The elevator situation was not up to par. There needed to be more than one elevator in operation. Also the toilet in our room took 2 to several times to flush and it sounded like the lid was going to come off with every other flush.

My stay over exceeded my expectations.
