Great position and great accomodation

The position was perfect, downtown , easy to walk everywhere and in few steps you could reach great restaurants! We took the uber to the stockyards, cheap and fast !

Front desk staff were extremely helpful!
Pros:

Comfortable beds. The woman at checkout was extremely helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty with us. She helped us with location and getting an uber called. Our hands were full trying to get our luggage out and she helped us with the door and carrying things. Two guys were standing at the valley stand and watched us struggling. We only needed valet parking one night and were charged with three nights. She took the charges off the bill.

Cons:

When I needed hangers I called and the operator gave me an incorrect number to call. I call back and then they transferred me to housekeeping and housekeeping promptly brought my hangers.
When we checked in the valet service couldn't get us a cart to get our luggage upstairs. He said they were all upstairs, and he offered to help us carry a couple things up.

El alojamiento muy cómodo y bonito

Cons:

Tuve problemas para que aceptaran que hice el pago a través de booking, me dijeron que así no se podía. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con una tarjeta de crédito y cobraron doble y hasta que no lo devuelvan no estoy segura que está seguro la devolución del dinero.

Cons:

When I got ready to check out, there were no luggage racks in the lobby. This was at 5 o’clock in the morning. I have a lot of bags for me and my mom and my sister.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, room was way bigger than we thought, staff was incredibly nice and the location was very good. We were easily able to walk around downtown, didn't need to book a rental car. Overall very happy with our stay.

L’habitació era espaiosa, els llits i coixins comfortables, i el bany ample i separat de la zona de rentamans. Estava molt cèntric.

Cons:

Li mancava una miqueta de manteniment i el sistema d’ascensors era una mica estrany, per exemple, trobar la piscina ens va portar una bona estona a causa d’aquest sistema.

For what they charge they do not offer what most other hotels offer. I will not stay at another Aloft again.
Pros:

Was downtown.

Cons:

No microwave in room. You have to go downstairs to use their microwave. Parking costs $40 a night even though you are staying there. Beds were hard. To get clean towels you have to go downstairs to the front desk to get what you need for your room even though the cleaning people are on your floor. The toilet paper holder was broken. The ice machine is on a different floor you have to go looking for it. You have to pay for breakfast. There’s a window in the shower that goes into the sleeping area so no much privacy.
