Great hotel clean and staff are all super friendly. Have stayed here many times and this is my go to when coming to FLL great value for the $. Rafi at the front desk was awesome this latest check in time ! Very nice, attentive great overview of the hotel and got us into our room seamlessly.

Very nice hotel with good location. There were plenty of really good restaurants within walking distance. Rafi at the front desk was GREAT and started our stay on a high note. Also, the bars at this hotel are fantastic with really good drinks. The bartender at the lobby bar (can’t remember her name but she is from Long Island) recommended some different drinks and they didn’t disappoint…she’s an excellent bartender.

We stayed here before a cruise. The staff was mostly friendly. The room we had was a corner, which felt like a suite. We didn't have a problem with noise. We had a kitchenette, a couch, and plenty of unused open space. The bathroom was equally large. However, the walk-in shower was placed so far into the long bathroom and lacked a strong vent to pull moisture from the air. This must be the reason why the bathroom smelled a bit musty. I also disliked the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner scents.

The elevators were a bit tricky to understand at first. They should tell you how to operate them with or without your keycard.

Excellent stay. Clean facility and lots of extra perks. Great location. Kiara at the front desk went above and beyond making us feel welcome and explaining what the hotel has to offer.

First impression is important. Since arrival, Robert made us feel welcomed and provided helpful information about hotel and surroundings. Although we speak English, he made and effort to speak to us in Spanish, which we appreciated. Room was comfortable and location was convenient for our one night stay before cruising.

It's a wonderful hotel with a kind courteous and helpful staff. Rafi and Devania we're amazing at getting our crew checked into our rooms in an efficient manner.

My best friend and I came down to attend a wedding and decided to make a quick getaway out of it. Rafi G has an amazing energy that made the check-in process feel more welcoming than a routine transaction.
The next day we met Devania at the front desk! She is so knowledgeable, understanding and helpful! She took the time to walk us through everything, again, and with patience. (I can’t remember anything, so her patience was greatly appreciated!)
In addition to the awesome front desk staff, we met my favorite bar tender so far, Alexandra! She is a true mixologist… they don’t carry something I was looking for, and she somehow created a similar beverage that was delicious! And! As you may have guessed it, she also had a great, welcoming and energetic persona.
Overall, everyone’s friendly demeanor and fun personalities made a lasting impression! I can't wait to return for my next visit! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and outstanding service.

We had a great experience from to start with our very pleasant and informative check in process with Rafi G. We enjoyed our stay.
Our room was spacious. We enjoyed the amenities from the cookies, gelato, happy hour and a nice fitness center.

Front desk agent, Rafi G, was just awesome! So funny, friendly, helpful and informative. I travel a great deal for work, and stay in dozens of hotels each year. Without question, Rafi was THE best representative and face for this property. The hospitality industry should gather his genetic code and use it to replicate the best employees for all facilities!

The dalmar has been a delightful place to stay. Robert down at the entrance is a great dude and knows a lot about where to find good grub. Appreciate him a lot!

We’ve stayed at the Element multiple times and, while it is an excellent hotel, I believe that it’s the people who work there that make the difference. Everybody is extremely nice and customer focused. Two people who really stood out on our most recent stay are Elanda ( morning breakfast buffet) and Rafi (front desk).

Had to spend an extra night after flight was canceled, we got there at 930 am and Rafi checked us in and was awesome. He was able to get us a room right away, and informed us of things to do and places to eat. We will stay again

As a very regular guest to both Marriott & Hilton, this experience has definitely been the best of 206, but near the top of all. Rafi knew exactly how to make a guest feel great after arriving on a Redeye. His energy and humor was exactly what is needed at this hour! Thank you Rafi, keep being amazing!
