Rafi G was super excellent helping us at check in!!
I enjoyed myself so much here. Please make sure you go and see Ismail at the bar. He is supper attentive to your needs weather your eating or need a drink. He made the experience better and the restaurant itself.

I had a fantastic check-in Rafi G made it delightful and witty! You can really tell that Rafi enjoys what he does welcoming people at the very best probably one of the nicest welcomes at a hotel I’ve had traveling in the past 30 years all across the country. That says a lot.
I really enjoyed the hotel and the amenities I enjoyed getting up and going to the warm Bathtub rooftop pool every morning at sunrise and the lovely lounge in the evening for cocktails. The rooms are well designed and well decorated.
I’ll be back here again for business! Bonus, there’s Marriott Bonvoy points!!!
We love coming to the Dalmar. The hospitality here is unmatched. We are always greeted with a smile and Ismail is the absolute best.
Great hotel close to las olas. Rafi G was a big help to me with finding a few good places on property to work remote / handle zoom meetings. Bar on 6th floor is swanky. Food is solid.
Loved everything about this stay from the valet attendants to front desk checkin, restaurants and bars and the rooms..The vibe and the service was fantastic. Rafi G was just super...engaging, accommodating, pleasant ...really represented the brand and everyone here. We will definitely return.
Excellent stay at the Element. The front desk concierge, Rafi G, was beyond helpful in making sure we were comfortable. He was attentive to our needs and was extremely accommodating which was so helpful since we were traveling with children. The hotel is clean, the pool was a delight, and the continental breakfast was fresh. Thank you for a 5 star stay!
Amazing stay! Nahdya was so sweet during the check-in and made sure to answer all of my questions. I also wanted to shoutout Romane as she was extremely helpful throughout my stay as well and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. Rachel and Dorian were amazing and very quick to help solve my problems. Thank you all for making my stay more memorable and I will be sure to come back and visit soon!
I arrived very early in the day and I had gotten an upgrade but there wasn’t a room ready of that type. Rafi G was able to get a room that had just been cleaned that was an upgrade as well inspected for me to be able to check in sooner. Rafi made the wait enjoyable and while I waited I noticed him waiting I witnessed him helping other customers that highlighted his great customer service skills.

Regrettably, in my opinion, the hotel’s classification is more like a three-star hotel. The accommodations were average, with several areas that warranted renovation or enhancement.
In all fairness, I must say the bed was very comfortable.
But 5 stars goes to Mr. Rafi. I must commend Mr. Rafi, the concierge, not only did he attentively listen to our concerns, but they were promptly addressed.
It was refreshing to experience personalized customer service in an increasingly automated world!

We stayed here after flying in late and on the way to Miami for a cruise. Last year we stayed in the other half, The Dalmar. This hotel was a good budget hotel, check in was easy, beds were comfortable, and it was clean. Breakfast was decent as well and love the location. I would prefer The Dalmar side over this one but we had a good stay! Love the coffee shop downstairs!
