A real Breakfast that came with the room

Friendly staff, great location for what we wanted to do in Louisville. Breakfast had a lot of good options.
The pool was cold and the pool room was even colder. The pool table was nice but the sticks were all bent and broken. Just include the rate for parking with the cost of the room.
It was clean and updated. Having the kitchenette was great! Staff were helpful and the breakfast had many choices.
The parking set up was confusing. The hotel does not handle the parking. It is a separate owner. Ask about it before you go.
My request to stay on a higher floor was granted. The King Studio Suite was great! Spacious and very comfortable.
Being right next to the road. I heard cars and sirens in the middle of the night daily

Breakfast was as expected. I was looking for peanut butter which had been stored out of sight due to allergy concerns. A staff person noticed I was looking about, asked what I needed and proceeded to get me my peanut butter. Great service!
Handle in shower fell off and I thought shower setup was somewhat confusing.

The parking
Downtown location is good if you’re at a convention or need to do the Burbon crawl.
Other than that pretty boring. Visit the triangle neighborhood for pubs, galleries, great food, gay bars, shopping etc.
The hotel itself is typical layout. What is great is that it’s very new. Carpets are clean, furniture is new, showers are in great shape.
Would stay here again for that reason only.
Staff OK, not overly friendly. Sometimes heads stay down when you come in which is a little off putting. They buzz you in frequently which gives you an idea of the neighborhood.
