Cons:

I made a reservation the day before we checked in, I sent the email for the parking space, and I didn't receive a response until the next day when I traveled to the hotel, there I was told that they had no free parking space, which upset me a lot, I mean I was looking for a hotel with private parking, but this is it. Be very careful when booking the room, and you also need a parking space

Great value for money. Quirky. Clean. Great breakfast!

Quirky hotel. Comfy bed. Good lobby facilities and great breakfast.

Cons:

A little too far from the town. More information on how to park would have been appreciated. And both soap dispensers were not easy to use.

Mooi hotel met een ideale ligging vlakbij de Erasmusbrug. Ideaal voor een weekendje Rotterdam, als slaapplek voor je op cruise vertrekt of wanneer je een concertje meepikt in Luxor theater wat allemaal op wandelafstand ligt.
Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Groot pluspunt: ondergrondse parking, wel op voorhand reserveren via MyWay.

Great accommodation before cruise
Pros:

We were going on cruise and it is directly opposite cruise terminal. Very happy with cost of accommodation also

Erg fijn, grote kamers met alles wat je nodig hebt
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamers. Wij hadden er 1 met bad en bank, dat was ideaal om ook af en toe met z’n allen te verblijven. Fijn dat het toilet een aparte deur had. Koelkastje en genoeg kastruimte. Grote lounge bij receptie en op 1 verdiep. Genoeg liften. Uitgebreid ontbijt, fijne bedden en kussens. Boven foodhal, ideaal!

Cons:

Wij hadden geen echt raam, ons raam keek uit op de lounge een verdieping lager, deze had een glazen dak en daardoor wel wat daglicht. Het licht bij de wasbak had van mij iets helderder gemogen, dat was vrij donker.
