A beautiful hotel in a great location easy access to the mall if you feel like some shopping. Excellent facilities and great styling for something lux but different.
There was a really long wait in the lobby bar even though it was practically empty. There were sometimes double ups and miscommunication among the staff/departments. We felt like we had to really seek out service and assistance when we needed it.

Le bar W au wet deck (4e étage) à côté de la piscine : service lent et inefficace malgré 4 ou 5 staff en début d’après midi, vraiment en-deçà de tout le reste.

I loved the design elements in the room and the beautiful ammenities included ie the wet bar pool was beautiful, mineral spa baths were perfect.
Only a minor complaint but could hear some traffic and road nose outside.
