It was a nice stay but not mind blowing.
Pros:

Loved the breakfast offering and food was great. I loved my Rooms and found it comfortable and relaxing.

Cons:

The lifts were horrible and getting to the relevant floors and changing lifts was awful. The pool was probably disappointing too.

Lovely stay, lovely rooms, great location.
Pros:

Rooms were beautiful, modern and clean. Facilities were great. Loved the hotel pool and outdoor deck bar. Location was perfect. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Our room wasn't ready upon check-in at 3pm. It wasn't a very long wait but just an inconvenience when we'd travelled a while with two young children who were tired. After checking in, we requested a few things from concierge, i.e more towels as they only gave us one towel, we had to call back multiple times to follow up. Ended up taking 40 minutes to bring us the towels that we required. Our robes also had holes in them.

Underwhelmed and disappointed
Pros:

Breakfast was great and catering staff great.
Spa staff also great

Cons:

2.5hr delay to check into room. Was told the room wasnt ready and many other people waiting. Concierge lady said it was then ready but had to check and she would call me whilst waiting at the bar in 10-15mins. Did not call at all and knew we were waiting next to desk area. Also had to go up 2.5hrs later and room was finally ready. Extremely disappointing.

Fun and friendly hotel.
Pros:

Really friendly and helpful staff who helped us out with an early check in when our child was unwell. Fun rooms and facilities.

Cons:

The lifts are extremely slow when the hotel is at full capacity. There were many times they were too crowded for us to use. Also the pool area is very small for the size of the hotel.
