Great location,superior stylish comfort.
Pros:

Lovely stylish room with brilliant view of the river. Always love the lighting options and the huge number of mirrors! After 3 visits to W Brisbane, we now know how to open the blue fridge cupboard!

Cons:

It would be great to be given more coffee pods, 4 isn't enough!
Breakfast coffee service was really slow, despite us being first in at 7am.
Cost is very steep at $520 per night, then another $70 for parking.

gorgeous rooms :-) very clean and comfortable.
Cons:

Service at the bar. Didnt have Chablis at pool bar, waited about 20 minutes probably more. But, did give us a warm blanket as it was windy.

Great hotel for a special occasion.
Pros:

Beautiful location and really well set out rooms. Very funky.

Cons:

This sounds like an odd issue but there are only three elevators...for 33 floors! The hotel was booked out the night that we stayed and we literally waited...and waited...and WAITED for the elevator to arrive. There were literal queues of people trying to get to their room. It's not hard to programme these things to go to specific floors, which would dramatically speed up the process, but apparently that's too much like common sense.

Chlorine in pool is super strong. My four year old cried for hours after swimming. Use goggles
