Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the staff called to see if we would like anything to make our stay more comfortable. The facilities were fantastic and the location is great.

Incredible location, the view from my room was amazing! Love the aesthetic, the decorating is stunning. The staff are super helpful, really appreciate them.
There wasn't a minute of peace and quiet, there is music or some kind of sound in literally every single space in the hotel. I think the quietest space was the hallway between the elevator and my room. The traffic noise in my room was SO LOUD, I can't believe that such a fancy hotel doesn't use double glass for sound protection. They should take a note from The Beetson Hotel about soundproofing. Random unexpected ear-splitting construction noise that drove me to tears of distress.
