pretty standard over priced average hotel from the Gold Coast

Cons:

Hallways smell, Bathrooms could be cleaner, Beds and pillows are riduclous, soft matrres that sinks and pillows the size of blimps.
Aircon was set to freezing on arrival

Excellent! We will stay every time we need a Gold Coast visit.
Pros:

The smell! The specialty lemongrass products are beautiful! The cleanliness is exceptional. The bed was super comfortable and the linen was luxurious. The proximity to the Sharks club is a huge bonus for multiple eating venues.

Mantra Sharks were the silver lining to my trip, excellent staff, room and stay
Pros:

Mantra Sharks we’re amazing. I had an unexpected change to my travel plans and they were able to accommodate me last minute. Aviary rooftop bar was good also for a nightcap. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.Parking was easy and room was high end, clean bc and comfortable . Was an easy walk to tram.

Cons:

Price was alittle more than expected, but you pay for the great quality and won’t be disappointed. Just wish I could have stayed longer to use more of the facilities on offer
