Great facility, highly recommend. 😊
Pros:

Great comfortable bed - we’d been on the road for 10 days and really appreciated a good nights sleep!
Good location - central to Gold Coast shopping outlets.
Enjoyed our in-room dinner (pizza), top job!

Cons:

Difficult to re-join the M1, although I presume this is being worked on at present (major roadworks).

Convenient, friendly & comfortable

Perfectly good for what it is.
Pros:

Very clean and nice modern hotel. Lovely staff. Rooftop bar at the hotel is cool.

Cons:

It milks you for money with the sharks club being the only place for a feed or drink. It’s a desert out there with it being 15 min walk for a 20 min tram to any restaurants etc. Makes sense if you’re there for a function like I was but you don’t want to be stuck for more than a night out there.

Uncomfortable as the room was very small

A great location next to the Sharks Club

Cons:

We booked a standard room and were given an add on room, one you get when you need extra bed for children,, there was no room for our bags and the vanity basin etc was in the room, I would have thought we would have been given a standard room, very disappointed, we will not stay there again
