Clean, staff are attentive and kind, complimentary parking for guest hotel, close to the GCMarathon race precinct (5 July 2026). Nice surroundings area for walking and running.

My wife and I had a great night at the event we attended but were disappointed with the room

It seemed very expensive for the size of the room, it was very small.
Even the bathroom was tiny that didn't even have a basin in it. That was beside the front door?

Good stay, clean, comfortable beds and EV charging spots. Gym opening hours could improve.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and 24/7 staff.
There’s also complimentary EV charging if you get into the spot on time

Cons:

The gym opens at 8am and closes at 5pm.
Those hours aren’t considering people who have work or want to start their day early or start gym late.

Pros:

Comfortable, clean and always had fresh towels. Love the citrus scent in the lobby as well

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was horrible!!! Luckily it came free with our reservation but if we paid $35 a piece for that we probably would’ve requested a refund. You cannot in good conscience charge people $35 for that terrible buffet.

Modern stay with great amenity and location
Pros:

Great location and amenity with a great rooftop bar/dining and cloud adjacent. Wonderful coffee box in the car park to get your early morning caffeine.

Cons:

Was advised club was space for food but discovered the rooftop bar had a bar menu as well. Bathroom just needed a good mould removal spray and it would be sparkle clean.
Could do with better Mantra signage on building rather than aviary rooftop.

Fantastic for purpose -- which was to attend an event held at Sharks.
