Hilton Garden Inn Tirana

Great staff and comfortable rooms! To walk to city center it takes about 30/40 mins (very safe walk) but you can get a cab easily with the front desk that's take 5/10 mins. The rooms have everything you need and are very spacious. The hotel has a washer and dryer which was great since I spent 5 nights here (2 stays ) hiking and sighting. The breakfast buffet in the morning is a great spread with lots of choice. Every morning Michelle was the SWEETEST! I felt like family every time I saw her, whether I was rushing off to an early tour or having a slow morning she made sure to remember my name and make sure I was looked after. At the front desk Eneda and Anoitella (sorry I spelt her name wrong but she is new) were always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed time and time again. The front office manager and another young lady with curly hair (sorry cannot recall her name) were also super helpful! The housekeeping staff does a great job - I always leave my do not disturb on my door but I was always met with a smile when I needed towels or water brought up. The gentleman (he is very tall) in room service was patient and kind each time I ordered -especially with my need for extra ketchup haha! Overall so nice to have dependable and kind people at your back when traveling! The staff here are what Hilton is about.

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very efficient and friendly. We really enjoyed the balcony and view of the city. It's a very nice place to stay.

We stayed at the Hilton Tirana 5 nights. Check in was easy & the lady doing so was very thorough. The room was nice with a King size bed & small fridge with cold water. The balcony was also great to have overlooking the the outside courtyard area.The staff at breakfast was great, especially Michelle.She was always smilling, friendly & happy to bring you a cappuccino in the morning with diamond status. This particular hotel really appreciates your diamond status & you can tell by their attention to detail by all their awards. I highly recommend staying at this Hilton Property. Our stay was far superior to many other Hilton Properties.

Excellent service and super frindly staff(especially Michelle).

Breakfast was good - great selection of everything, hot or cold, kitchen took orders for omelettes etc. Rooms were clean, comfortable and a good size. Dinner was also excellent - great selection of on menu and a good wine menu also. Hotel was walking distance to city centre. Hotel organised taxis for us from and to airport. Room was set up feather-free (due to allergy). Gym and self-service laundry on site. Staff were amazing!! very friendly, attentive and helpful, couldn't fault them at all.

All Hilton Garden staff were so kind and helpful. We arrived early before check in but all reception staff (Izebela and Nertila) did their best to make the room available asap. And specially we thank you to hotel management to Mrs Aysun for warm welcome.

We stayed here on our last night stay in Albania before we flew out the next day. It was perfect for us travelling with two kids (a toddler and a 5 month old) because it was literally 1 minute away from the playground. Lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity (we went to an Italian Restaurant called Bella Napoli just behind the hotel and it was really good). Hotel staff was very friendly and very accommodating.

Breakfast was good. Parking was easy.
