Execellent hospiatialty
Pros:

All Hilton Garden staff were so kind and helpful. We arrived early before check in but all reception staff (Izebela and Nertila) did their best to make the room available asap. And specially we thank you to hotel management to Mrs Aysun for warm welcome.

Cons:

It was only one night stay and everything was great

Pleasant stay in Tirana
Pros:

We stayed here on our last night stay in Albania before we flew out the next day. It was perfect for us travelling with two kids (a toddler and a 5 month old) because it was literally 1 minute away from the playground. Lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity (we went to an Italian Restaurant called Bella Napoli just behind the hotel and it was really good). Hotel staff was very friendly and very accommodating.

Breakfast was good. Parking was easy.

Cons:

Nothing.

Good staff but the hotel needs a major upgrade
Pros:

The staff at the reception were very welcoming and upgraded us to a larger room.
All the girls at the reception were very charming and helpful.

Cons:

The place is old and dint look appealing at all.
Expected more from the brand Hilton.
The breakfast was also very underwhelming.

נהנינו מאוד מהשהות ב-Hilton Garden Inn Tirana. המלון נקי, החדרים מרווחים ונוחים, והצוות היה אדיב, מקצועי וזמין לכל שאלה או בקשה. המלון מתוחזק היטב ונתן תמורה טובה למחיר.

Cons:

החיסרון העיקרי הוא שהמלון מעט מרוחק ממרכז העיר ומהאטרקציות המרכזיות, כך שלרוב נדרש להשתמש במונית או ברכב. בנוסף, חבל שאין במלון ספא או בריכה, דבר שהיה יכול לשדרג משמעותית את חוויית האירוח.

Great courteous staff. Friendly and knowledgeable.
Pros:

Big clean room, but the real highlight was front desk staff Enisa and Graciela. Great recommendations for restaurants and other attractions.
