Memnun kaldık.
Pros:

Temiz, konforlu, kaliteli bir konaklama geçirdik. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü.

Pros:

The hotel was well located and the garage was plus for me. Room I got was on 6th floor was with balcony and quiet. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice.
Paolo bar tender was very nice and always gave good advice when asked.

Pros:

Located close to bus stops, but just a pleasant 25-30 minute walk from Skanderberg Square, this hotel is well located. On arrival an outstanding front desk team will give a friendly welcome and make check in easy. Their warm, genuine smile will greet you each and every time you enter or leave the hotel. The rooms are well sized, very clean and comfortable. The beds are 10/10 for comfort - some of the best sleeps I have ever had while away from home!
The Breakfast is excellent: wide choice of hot and cold foods each morning, coffee, range of teas and delicious pastries. I was there for 7 days and did not get bored of the breakfast, such was the variation between each day.
The Gym, while small, is perfect for a quick workout. Dinner in the restaurant is just as good as breakfast, with menu prices being very reasonable.
The porter, cleaning and maintenance staff also deserve praise at this hotel. They are all excellent.

Cons:

My only issue - and was for the cleaner's benefit - is that my room did not have a toilet brush!

Relativement moyen pour un Hilton
Pros:

La localisation de l’hôtel est bonne avec un parking protégé accessible. Salle de gym bien équipée.
La présence d’une buanderie est un plus .

Cons:

Dans la chambre, le détecteur de fumée émettait une lumière en continue pendant toute la nuit, un calvaire:
La télévision n’avait pas de smart tv donc aucune possibilité de l’utiliser hormis pour voir des chaînes albanaises.
Équipement vieillissant avec couleurs dépassées.
Pas de brosse wc dans la salle de bain..
Rapport qualité prix défavorable

Nice Place for a Short Stay
Pros:

Easy check-in.
Really comfortable bed.
Bath with nice shower products was a lovely surprise - I was just expecting a shower.
Easy check out; trainee at the desk was really friendly and had great customer service (unfortunately I didn't catch her name!)

Cons:

Minimal stock of coffee sachets - would have loved a hot chocolate sachet and maybe a complimentary biscuit!
No dressing gown.
Otherwise, it was great.
