This is our second time here and it was very disappointing - the staff, service and location are perfect though the room was 5 out of 10 - the closet was broken, kettle didn't work and same the jacuzzi and it was very noisy at night: thanks to rubbish trucks and people around we couldn't sleep all night - we expected much more from our 25th wedding anniversary vacation, especially based on our first time here that was perfect

Очень дружелюбный персонал
Великолепные завтраки
Небольшой очень уютный отель
В шаговой доступности от достопримечательностей и бутиков
Рядом большой выбор ресторанов

Cons:

Первое что сразу не понравилось, это не соответствие площади номера, на booking указана площадь 30 м2, а по факту очень маленький номер не более 20-22 м2
Второе это окна, это деревянные рамы с одним стеклом, нет никакой шумоизоляции от улицы (было ощущение, что всегда открыто окно)
Ночью не возможно было спать из-за этого, т.к. отель расположен на очень оживленной улице.
Горничная при уборке номера выбросила пакет из бутика, в котором были новые вещи, когда сообщили об этом на ресепшен, они просто этот инцидент проигнорировали.

Prekrasan hotel, uređen sa stilom, svaka čast!
Osoblje hotela izuzetno ljubazno i jednostavno, posebno gospodin koji radi u restoranu. Svako jutro nas je dočekao na doručku sa širokim osmjehom na licu. Ne znam ime gospodina, znam da je pravi Rimljanin. Hvala do sljedećeg dolaska u vaš prekrasni hotel! Danijela i Anamarija

Exceptional boutique hotel. Every detailed is managed to perfection from the hospitality of the staff, beautiful rooms. The hotel is well appointed with art, linens to make your stay memorable. A quick walk to Spanish steps. The hotel understand “service” and I will always make Hotel Elizabeth my choice when in Rome!

Pros:

Hotel elegante e curato nei minimi dettagli, in pieno centro a Roma. Camere raffinate, silenziose e pulitissime. Personale sempre disponibile e molto professionale, pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta con cortesia. Colazione ottima e ricca, servita in un ambiente piacevole. Un soggiorno che unisce comfort, design e posizione perfetta per visitare la città. Consigliatissimo!

Tussenstop in Rome op onze rondreis

Heel mooi Hotel in het centrum van Rome, kamers zijn erg mooi en ruim. We hadden met ons gezin een suite gehuurd. Voor onze rondreis maakte we een stop in Rome. Het persooneel is erg vriendelijk en heeft ons goed geadviseerd wat we konden doen in de stad. Tevens maakte ze reserveringen voor ons, er wordt alles gedaan om je verblijf naar je zin te maken. Het ontbijt is erg goed, a la carte met hele lekker gerechten, ook voor onze kinderen

Hotel is very nice & quiet. Only problem is they seem to have ants crawling on the floor (bathroom and bedroom area) also a sewer/drainage smell in the bathroom in the mornings.

If you do stay here just don’t get suite 101 it’s above main entrance door and every time someone arrives you can hear every noise.
