Very clean, i love the "train side" pretty view. Bed was comfy. AC was great. Room.410
Pros:

The room was clean, the "train side" was cool. The view out window was nice. Coffee in room was good, i had to move coffee maker to a better spot though. See thru door fridge was nice.

Cons:

The water pressure was weak. The side sprayer was hard to adjust, it rotated back to original side spot. The sink has no slope so cleaning was annoying after teeth brushing. The appearance of the bathroom was pretty.
The breakfast was ok. I didnt like the surprise 60 bill the waiter gave me.
It was confusing with the voucher. I was afraid to get the "ala carte" items for fear the bill would be higher. Come to realize its 23 for 1 person, then free with one voucher upon check out. My husband wasnt going to go down after that and I didnt go down day 2, wary.
As long as you dont need to hang long dresses, rod was low.

Overall it was ok.
Pros:

Location for the purpose of my trip.

Cons:

I left early in the morning and the room had not been cleanes when I returned past 3:00pm. Plus the coffee maker in the room was broken.

We booked this hotel along with many other families for the BC vs. Clemson football weekend. Since the hotel promotes itself as a “BC Football Hotel,” we were very disappointed to return at halftime hoping to enjoy cocktails in the lobby, only to find that the game could not be shown on the TVs in the bar/lounge.
When we asked at the front desk, we were told that the hotel does not have the ACC Network. This is unacceptable for a property that markets itself around BC Football weekends. Many guests were disappointed to miss the second half of the game after leaving the stadium.
If you’re planning to stay here for a football weekend, be sure to confirm that they’ve added the ACC Network to their cable package—especially given the premium rates charged on game days!

Pros:

I was worried about the train noise from other reviews but it was no problem at all. Mediterranean restaurant right next door, Eagles deli a block away has breakfast lunch and dinner. One block to the T stop. Hotel was super clean.

Pros:

This hotel is in Cleveland Circle, not Newbury St.. It is not a hot spot. Rooms are extremely dark. The additional $45.00 per night to park is outrageous.
