Overall good stay. Would appreciate more attentive service
Pros:

Comfy bed and pillows. Great breakfast.

Cons:

We were checked in into a used room with garbage on the floor. They changed it, but didn’t offer any upgrades or anything for the inconvenience.
The bathroom is small and not functional.

The comfortable beds & helpful staff were just what we needed.
Pros:

The room was designed to use the space efficiently and it had a small terrace. The bed was very comfortable. Th mirrors were accessible for both short and tall people.

Cons:

It felt a little too utilitarian. Smokers fouled the entrance.

Good position, but poor comfort and maintenance
Pros:

The location of this hotel is its biggest advantage. It is conveniently situated close to both the city center and the train station, making it easy to explore Treviso and travel around the region.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing in several aspects. The room felt dated and in need of renovation. The bathroom had very cold, harsh lighting, the shelf in front of the mirror was partially detached, the walls were marked and dirty, and we even removed the remains of a squashed mosquito from the wall ourselves on the first day, probably from a previous guest.

We stayed in Room 101, and the door was another issue. Since the hotel uses access codes instead of physical keys, the door had to be slammed shut to lock automatically since ours had a problem and otherwise would simply not lock. We felt uncomfortable having to do this every time, especially because it was very loud and likely disturbed other guests.

The refrigerator was also problematic. It would randomly make extremely loud noises during the night, forcing us to unplug it in order to sleep. We then had to plug it back in during the day, worrying that the local food souvenirs we had purchased, such as salami and Parmesan cheese, might spoil.

In the mornings, cooking smells would enter the room through the ventilation system, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the housekeeping staff were very noisy early in the morning, making it difficult to rest. The elevator was incredibly slow as well, taking around 20 seconds per floor. We often preferred carrying our luggage up and down the stairs rather than waiting for it.

The bed had no frame around the mattress and it constantly slipped left and right.

Overall, while the location is excellent, the hotel requires significant improvements in maintenance, comfort, and guest experience. We are not sure whether we would choose to stay here again.

Świetna lokalizacja, życzliwy personel, bezproblemowa przechowalnia bagażu, czysto.

Cons:

Monotonia śniadań. Duży wybór słodkości, rozumiem że specyfika kraju, ale dla innych gości codziennie ten sam ser, szynka i jajecznica, trochę słabe.

Pros:

De locatie! Het hotel zit op een goede locatie. Het hotel is goed te bereiken zowel voor de auto als met het openbaar vervoer.

Cons:

Badkamer was vies en zat vol schimmel. Alle kit randen in de douche waren beschimmeld.
De watertemperatuur van de douche schommelde ontzettend tussen normaal en ontzettend heet. Hierdoor had je ongeveer 10 seconden water op een normale temperatuur en daarna 5 seconde kokendheet water.

Het matras was niet meer goed. In het midden van het matras was een kuil.
