Staff disponibile, alcune stanze non nella struttura principale
Pros:

Lo staff è molto disponibile e sono venuti incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze

Cons:

Alcune camere si trovano non nella struttura principale ma in un condominio a fianco, niente di che, basta girare l’angolo entrare nel portone, salire le scale e le camere si trovano all’ultimo piano, però si potrebbe segnalare sul sito o in fase di prenotazione. Colazione nella norma, migliorabile.

Acest hotel nu mai primește o a doua șansă pe viitor

Aproape de centrul orasului

Cons:

Camera la parter, aproape de recepție și de camerele tehnice ale hotelului, geam mare fara lumină naturala întrucât era de tip creuzet pentru că era chiar la intrare in hotel unde era și o mini terasa. Gălăgie mare atât de pe terasa și intrarea in hotel cât și de pe hol.

Staff cordiale, posizione ottimale

Cons:

Ho prenotato una doppia uso singolo, mi è stata data una camera al piano terra con i servizi del bagno dedicati alle persone con disabilità, avrei preferito saperlo in fase di prenotazione se davvero quella era l ultima camera disponibile.
Inoltre lo scarico non funzionava, ed il doccino accanto al WC perdeva acqua
La finestra del bagno affacciava sull ingresso della struttura, i vetri erano opportunamente oscurati, ma le luci esterne di notte sono state fastidiose

Pros:

L'hotel vanta una posizione davvero eccellente, nel pieno centro di Treviso e a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni della città, il che lo rende una soluzione ideale per visitarla comodamente a piedi. Anche la colazione merita una nota positiva: varia, abbondante e di buona qualità, perfetta per iniziare la giornata. Qualche aspetto, invece, potrebbe essere migliorato. Lo staff ci è sembrato piuttosto poco disponibile e non sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Inoltre, la pulizia della camera, pur essendo complessivamente accettabile, non è risultata all'altezza del livello che ci si aspetterebbe dalla struttura. Nel complesso è una buona scelta soprattutto per la posizione, ma con un maggiore investimento nell'accoglienza e nella cura delle camere l'esperienza potrebbe essere decisamente migliore.

Podobał mi się wystrój i ogólnie hotel jako budynek

Cons:

W hotelu nie było zimnej wody. Nie mogłem się wykąpać. Z kranu leciał wrzątek. (w ubikacji z resztą też).

Świetny hotel
Pros:

Zdecydowanie polecam! Hotel jest w świetnej lokalizacji- blisko przystanku autobusowego, stacji kolejowej, sklepów, restauracji i najważniejszych atrakcji w Treviso. Okolica bardzo bezpieczna. Śniadania były bardzo dobre, wszystko było świeże. Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna! Zdecydowanie na plus było to, że przed zameldowaniem mogłyśmy zostawić bagaże :)
