Sehr schönes Hotel. Super schöner Pool, sehr schönes Bad, super großes Bett und sehr schöne Terrasse.
Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Es gibt in der Nähe viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße.
Das Frühstück hätte etwas außergewöhnlicher sein können, aber es war in Ordnung.
La struttura si trova nel quartiere di Magaluf perfetto per visitare quella zona di Palma, colazione buona. Il quartiere è rinomato per la movida quindi deve essere messo in conto che il rumore esterno dura tutta la notte, le finestre sono con doppi vetri ma non bastano per attutire il rumore esterno che dura fino alle prime ore del mattino ; consiglierei forse di richiedere in fase di prenotazione una camera ai piani alti.

If want to spend your money to be woken up every morning (7:30-8:00) to have your room “cleaned” and then charged for everything possible, this is your place.
We went to Mallorca to rest. Instead, we spent a week in a hotel where sleep is impossible. There is no soundproofing. The windows do not close properly and you can hear absolutely everything from outside. Every morning the maids staff start making noise from early dawn, and the slamming of the doors of the service rooms is so loud and constant that there is no chance of getting even a little more sleep. It is as if someone is deliberately announcing to all the guests: "Get up, your sleep is over!"
The most scandalous thing is that you pay forи vacation, and the hotel does everything possible to prevent you from getting any rest.
We paid for accommodation from the 12th, but due to a late flight we arrived only at 04:00 on the 13th. We actually gave the hotel more than 10 hours of our paid stay. When we asked to stay until 16:00 on the day of departure, since our flight back was late, we did not receive any understanding. Instead, they asked us for 10 euros per hour after 12:00. So when the hotel profits from our unused time – no problem. When the client asks for a minimal gesture – the post terminal is immediately taken out.
The pool is also an example of the greed of this place. The hotel advertises itself with a wonderful relaxation area, but if you decide to use the tents and sun loungers with a sea view, prepare another 50 euros per person. Yes, you read that right – you pay for the hotel with a pool, and then you pay extra to sit properly.
And now for the cleanliness – or rather the lack thereof. During a 7-day stay, the bed linen and towels were changed only once. Dirty coffee cups were left in the room for days and no one picked them up. Apparently, cleaning is all about making noise in the morning, not doing any real work.
Finally, the attitude after checking out.
