Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéalement bien situé a Magaluf, le personnel de l'hôtel est tres accueillant et disponible. Nous avons apprécier d'avoir pu parler différentes langues avec le personnel. Mention spéciale a Sergio le barman de la piscine qui nous a confectionner de magnifiques cocktails sans alcool. C'était mon 2ieme séjour dans cet hôtel et tres certainement pas le dernier.

Cons:

En demi-pension aucune boisson n'est inclus, meme pas de l'eau. Aussi en comparant a d'autres hôtels de la meme zone, le buffet ne propose pas beaucoup de choix de repas, aussi une seule sorte de poisson etait proposé et jamais frit. Dans le mini bar de la chambre une seule boisson non alcoolisé etait proposé par jour contre 2 bières et 2 bouteilles d'eau, hors nous étions 2 dans la chambre. Il va de soi que les boissons doivent etre proposé aux nombres de personnes dans la chambres.
Question piscine, ayant prit la chambre "la maison sur la plage", nous n'avons quand meme pas eu droit a un transat face a la mer... ceux ci étant réserver aux clients du shallow club (donc payant) donc malgré que l'ont monte dans le standing de la chambre aucun aménagement spécifique n'est mit en place pour l'occupant.

The hotel is in a great location in Mallorca, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The beach is just a short walk away, and it is clean, well maintained, with sun loungers available.

The hotel is very well maintained and kept clean. There is also a beautiful rooftop pool, which was one of the highlights of our stay and a great place to relax.

Cons:

The only downside was the dinner. The menu was very limited, the food was the same every day, and there was not much choice. I would not recommend booking the dinner option, as there are many excellent cafés and restaurants nearby offering much better food.

Super ausgestattet, gut gelegen, sehr nettes Personal und gutes frühstück. Ebenfalls gratis Zimmer Update total nett. Privater Pool ist top

Cons:

Durch den unebenen Boden im Zimmer blieb der Sand darin hängen und hat sich oft schmutzig angefühlt obwohl er sauber war es war halt nur Sand in den Rillen.

На твердую 7ку, все было неплохо, только поменять мебель и все будет окей
Pros:

Неплохие завтраки, отель в хорошем расположении, сотрудники хорошие, только была единственная на завтраке, когда мы пришли за пол часа до окончания она нам сказала завтраки закончены уходите, было не очень приятно, нам сделали бесплатный апгрейд, кондиционер хорошо работал, уборка была каждый день, в целом все было неплохо, на твердую 7ку , локация очень хорошая

Cons:

Не понравилось, что номер очень уставшие, я бы даже сказала порой убитые, стулья подтертые, видно что мебель очень дешевая и быстро износилась, но в целом все было чисто, еще было постельное в пятнах

Muito relaxante e completa.
Pros:

Gostamos muito do tamanho do quarto e de todas as funcionalidades do mesmo.
Pagamos o quarto com vista para o mar, e apesar de a nossa vista não ter sido diretamente para o mar, era muito boa na mesma.

Cons:

Os hospedes do hotel apenas podiam usar certas espreguiçadeiras da zona da piscina. Nem todas as espreguiçadeiras são gratuitas, principalmente as que têm melhor vista. Esse foi um dos pontos menos positivos.
Além disso, a fruta do pequeno almoço não era muito boa.
