Pros:

Dss Personal war nett, freundlich und bemüht

Cons:

Es gab um Mitternacht einen Feueralarm. Ob es eine Übung war oder der Scherz eines anderen Gastes war nicht zu erfahren. Es wurde auch nicht festgestellt ob alle Gäste dss haus verlassen hatte. Die Feuerwehr kam und ging nach 10 min. Keine Info, kein Wort des bedauern. Das war nicht gut gemanaged. Eine quittiert Rechnung über meine Barzahlzahlung gab es auch nicht. Erst Stunden später nach dem abschicken und nur auf mehrfaches Nachfragen. Ein schwacher servicepunkt. Ich hatte beim check in darauf hingewiesen, daß ich Barzahler sei und eine Rechnung wünsche .

Fantastic stay by Phoenix-See — would definitely come back
Pros:

Everything was excellent from start to finish. Great location right by Phoenix-See — perfect for a walk and easy to get around Dortmund. The room was modern, very clean, and comfortable, with a really good bed. Breakfast was genuinely great: plenty of choice and everything fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, an ideal hotel for a Dortmund trip — I’m giving the highest score and would happily stay again.

Das Zimmer war zur befahrenen Straße sehr gut schallisoliert

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist relativ einfach, ein höherer Preis für bessere Qualität wäre schön.
Während unseres Aufenthalts war eine Kaffeemaschine defekt, so dass es lange Schlangen gab.

Perfekt für einen Wochenend-Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Phönixsee ist natürlich ein großes Plus. Auch das Parkhaus direkt gegenüber vom Hotel ist von Vorteil, auch wenn es im Vergleich zu den Sommermonaten an diesem Wochenende eher ruhig war am See und man bestimmt auch abseits einen Parkplatz gefunden hätte. Die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeit ist hervorragend. Ebenfalls ein großes Plus ist das Frühstück, was standardmäßig im Preis inkludiert ist. Für die Lage und die Leistung ist der Preis durchaus angemessen.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer war lediglich ein Haken, an dem man etwas aufhängen konnte. Für mindestens 2 Duschhandtücher und in unserem Fall 2 Kulturbeutel ist dies eindeutig zu wenig, zumal ansonsten auch keine / kaum Ablagefläche im Bad ist.
