Pros:

Excellent value. Very clean rooms on 7th floor. Great AC and bathroom. Very polite staff. Walking distance to MTR Fuyong station but very difficult to find. Will stay there again when I need to catch up early flight out of Shenzhen.

Pros:

Not suitable for non-Chinese Speaking guest. Hotel only two level, old factory building upgraded hotel.
I have since move to another hotel nearby

Pros:

昔ながらの繁華街で飲食は便利です。
場所が空港の近くだと思って予約しましたが、実際にはタクシーも来ないし不便です。
雑居ビル内にあり、なかなかエレベーターが来ません。

The housekeeping staff was excellent and very friendly as well as the front desk. Good free breakfast. The beds are very hard. Good price.
