El aire acondicionado no funciona bien, no enfría como debería y en época de calor no es suficiente (mi familia y yo fuimos en julio) El desayuno muy bueno y completo. El hotel esta muy cerca del outlet Barilian, pero está muy lejos del centro de Shanghai, en Taxi alredor de una hora con un costo promedio de 100 Yuanes, en Metro está alrededor de una hora y media. La estación mas cercana del metro está a unos 2km.

Pros:

The hotel is located 30 minutes from the center by metro. The breakfasts are monotonous - the choice is very poor. Lunch and dinner from the menu in the restaurant - the prices are outrageous. The cleaning of the rooms is a "4". The pool - they don't let you in without a swimming cap, they conduct private lessons with children and sometimes there is no room for vacationers.

I don't recommend to anyone
Pros:

The hotel staff barely speaks any English, which made communication difficult. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. On the positive side, the room was quite spacious — larger than typical hotel rooms. However, the location is very remote and far from the nearest MTR station, which made getting around inconvenient. Wouldn’t recommend if you rely on public transport or need English-speaking assistance.

Cons:

From the beginning, we felt like we were treated differently — I’m not sure if it was due to our nationality, skin color, or something else, but the attitude from the staff was noticeably cold. Despite booking months in advance and requesting adjacent rooms (as we were traveling with kids), the hotel never responded to our messages. At check-in, we were given poor rooms and told they couldn’t change them because they were “a bit full.”

We tried to be understanding and waited patiently for things to improve. But on the fourth day, they suddenly canceled our breakfast without notice — that was the final straw, and we decided to check out. Starting the day with disappointment really ruins the whole experience. Room Airconditioning system was bad

The location was not great as we could see some abandoned apartments, and around the buildings, there were closed showrooms for rent. Overall, from the outside, it was okay. Nothing close apart from the outlet centre. d friendly and helpful staff.
