it’s not accessible, the ac doesn’t work great.. they don’t clean the room supplies are limited like toilet papers

We originally booked this hotel for 7 days but unfortunately could not stay more than one night. The first room we were given had visible mold, so we asked to change. The second room was not much better — it smelled musty, the air conditioner was very noisy, the shower head was broken, and the bed had stains. The internet kept cutting off, and the TV did not have Netflix or YouTube.

On the positive side, the staff were friendly, but not enough to make up for the poor condition of the rooms and lack of proper customer service. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were very disappointing. We ended up checking out after just one night, even though we had already paid for a full week. A very sad and frustrating experience.

Good location

Air conditioning is hot, the beddings, there are stains, smell and itchy. Awful one night stay=(

Unique about the area was lots of street vendors, dogs on the street, dirty environments, breakfast terrible, serve 1 sachet instant coffee, no ice , no microwave, no hair dryer then found out later its upon request, just not recommended for tourists

The room was in terrible condition—dirty, the safe didn't work, and the cardholder was broken. There was barely any lighting, and the only tiny window faced a wall, making it feel like a basement room. There was no fridge, no water pressure in the sink, and to make matters worse, the room was infested with ants and some cockroaches.

The AC was very noisy the bathroom light was very dim, and the TV speakers sound so bad it was hard to understand the TV. The staff was very nice.

Affordable stay with good location. Accessible for everything, from shops, pharmacy, carinderia, atms, etc. Friendly staff and free water refill in the lobby. Bring your own thumbler.

We didn't finished or use our remaining 1 night in this hotel. Rooms is dirty, toilet was clogged takes half day to fixed when we follow-up, toilet mirror was detached, bad smell from drainage was strong, they use soiled dirty white Towels, pillows are smell bad, linens had so much stained and inks, they used old torn linens for extra bed. No available cleaning person to call on. Over-all experience was terrible. We didnt finished our stay and move to other hotel. Notified the staff and manager about this. Tried to contact expedia to cancel on our second day but attended our message at help center. They should refund what i paid for this garbage hotel.

The staff were great but unfortunately I got attacked by a another person from a near by hotel one of the people I was with told the security bit he did not come to help so after had to leave for the safety of myself and companion the hotel acted like they understood but did not offer any type of return for the remaining days I had there
