Pros:

Great location, right in the thick of it. Very helpful and friendly staff and great free amenities - free coffee, free toiletries. Everyone on my floor was very respectful of each other in terms of sound and space.

Cons:

The unisex floor had a musty smell.

Clamshell suitcase can be kept open on the rollout platform under the bed...easy
Pros:

An amazing place to stay. So well thought out, down to the smallest details. I knew from the reviews it was going to be acceptable but it was so much more
One small thing I was worried about before coming was storing my suitcase under the bed. Thought it would be a hassle opening and closing a clamshell suitcase but was very happy to find out it was a big drawer type thing so my suitcase was open the whole time and the platform easily rolls out

Great Co-Working, Lounge & Beds. Jobsworth Receptionist.
Pros:

Great co-working space, nice lounge, free coffees, tea selection, nuts. Smart beds are super comfy and people are quiet in the dorms.

Cons:

- Only one lift (Fukuoka millennials has two) - not enough for the number of people constantly going up and down. Often waiting for ages.
- Kitchen has almost no equipment, so you can’t do any proper cooking. No pans or anything.
- I was turned away for breakfast at 9.32am. My alarm didn’t go off so, I was 2 minutes late. “Breakfast is only until 9.30”. Yes there needs to be a cut off, but 2 minutes as a one-off? At least let me have a slice of bread. Poor customer service!

Pros:

Posizione ottima, ostello molto pulito e confortevole. Staff gentile e disponibile, letti comodi e bagno con doccia ad ogni piano.

Cons:

Prezzo un po’ troppo alto per un ostello, ma comunque consigliato

Très bien placé et un équipement impeccable. L’organisation est bien rodée, c’est un hôtel capsule haut de gamme.

Cons:

Ne reflète pas vraiment l’hôtel capsule populaire et c’est une usine à touristes. Certains touristes ne comprennent pas l’importance d’un couvre feu dans ce genre d’établissement et il a été difficile de dormir en raison du bruit de certains.
