Pros:

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in in my life. Very friendly people (staff and other guests). Great lowkey socialising in the evening. I would definitely come again. If the screen doors you pull down to close the entrance to the room could be made more soundproof it would be a perfect experience. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome to Japan!

Pros:

This is an ok place to stay for a night. Any longer and it’s a bit too cramped. I do think it’s quite overpriced for what it is. It’s not very sociable either, would be nice for more events to take place than just a daily beer hour.

Pros:

I arrived very late after a delayed flight into Narita and barely made the 1am check in cut-off. The staff were efficient and friendly, making the process quick and stress-free. The pod was clean, modern, and comfortable with adjustable bed and lighting. Bathrooms and showers were spotless and stocked with essentials. The lounge was inviting and well maintained. The location is excellent, just minutes from Shibuya Crossing, and overall the stay was comfortable and convenient.

Pros:

If you are a solo traveler, need a bed to sleep on , aren't too picky and don't mind sharing the space with others, this is the perfect spot for you. You get your own pod, its quiet, safe, people are respectful and geared more towards a younger travelers. It was a good experience. Would stay again in the future.

Quick stay
Pros:

It was very clean and well maintained. The pods are closed off by a screen door and they tend to be louder than not to use which made me feel bad when trying to get in and out of it during quiet hours.

It also is a make or break based on the people who are staying there. Some were loud or came in drunk which made it harder to stay asleep.

However, overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was great!

Pros:

I booked this place very last minute, even though I already had a hotel, just because I wanted to experience that "capsule" hotel once in my lifetime. However, I think this take on it was too modernized for the experience I was looking for, but I already knew that going into it. I wanted more of a traditional capsule hotel, but it's just that I couldn't find one anymore since I booked so last minute. I booked this place at like 8:30pm & walked there from my hotel & was able to check-in, get to my spot right away.

It's in a great area, very walkable to all of the Shibuya action. The beds were comfortable & I love the alarm feature, instead of making alarm noises, it'll just raise your bed up to the couch position. The capsule is very spacious. The lobby lounge was very nice. It's very hip, alone with the music they play. Great place for young crowds. Breakfast was not that great compared to all the other Japan hotels I had during this trip, it was an extra $5. Overall, I paid like $61 for the stay. If you're looking for a modern take on Japan's capsule hotels, this place is great for you.

Pros:

My Personal Opinion. It could vary for others.

The hostel was okay for a couple of nights' stay. Because it is a Pod, it felt congested. Unpleasant smell around and no ventilation. The price was higher for a Hostel, and you could get a decent private room in a hotel for the same price. The service from the front desk was good and attentive. There is a group chat where you could meet people which was nice to social around hence 3/5.
