Exceptional Stay
Pros:

I stayed here just one night but would gladly stay here again. The bed was comfortable, and all of the hotel's facilities, including the communal bathrooms and showers, were spotless! Just a 5-minute walk from Shibuya Station and the famous Shibuya Scramble Crossing. I stayed on a female-only floor, and when I got back to the hotel around 11:00 PM, my floor was quiet, and I slept like a baby. Finally, I left some cash in my safe and didn't realize it until I was well on my way to Narita Airport. The staff was very helpful and communicative and allowed my friend to retrieve the cash for me the following day. 10/10

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Free coffee, Free Beer hour is nice to meet people. Clean and modern community room. Loved that you could set the light or bed style as an alarm, so you don't wake the others.
Pretty convenient way to store the luggage by drawer under the bed

Great location, poor value for money
Pros:

Paying around $90 per person per night for a capsule with nothing but a bed, just because you’re in central Shibuya, is ridiculous. We paid $170 for two capsules next to each other. We did it so you don’t have to.

The location is excellent, but that was the only real positive for me. As someone over 40, I found very little else to enjoy. Younger travellers might appreciate the social atmosphere and meeting other guests, but for us, that hardly justified the price.

Only water is allowed inside the capsules. For any other food or drink, you have to go down to the reception and communal area. Spending time there among loud groups of young European travellers wasn’t particularly appealing.

I wouldn’t stay here again.

Cons:

For what’s offered, the nightly rate should be a third of the current price. Guests chatting loudly while doing their makeup in the bathrooms at the crack of dawn should be told to keep quiet—or stay elsewhere.

Not worth the price they charge. It’s basically a bunk bed with a curtain.

Only location, and the staff that was at the reception when I arrived!

Cons:

The property looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. I was very disappointed with the concept, as it feels more like a hostel with a bed covered by a curtain than a proper capsule hotel. There is virtually no soundproofing, you can hear everything around you, and light passes through the cover. The bed cover barely closes and doesn’t lock, offering very little privacy or security. The safe is also too small to be genuinely useful.

While the two staff members working the night I arrived were lovely and very helpful, the receptionist the following morning was unhelpful and rather rude when I asked for assistance with a door after having already returned my key card during checkout.

Overall, the experience was disappointing. For just a little more money, you can get a proper hotel room with much more privacy and comfort. I wouldn’t recommend this property.
