Cons:

Reception staff need to be more courteous and friendly.They seem to be very annoyed as if we were a burden for them.Also the bathroom/toilet was flooded with water not flowing out completely.

Worst hotel I have ever visited in my whole life. This hotel is raising questions on oyo rooms. We visited this hotel because this is associated with oyo but seriously this is the worst hotel.

Last & final things which I don't like about them is that they didn't know the Marathi Language to communicate with the customer. You are running your business in Maharashtra & yet you do not know Marathi Language.... this is a very shameful thing.
