Pros:

We only stayed for one night before leaving Kars with the Dogu Ekspresi. The hotel was very close to the train station, and had an overall good location on a big street with many restaurants nearby. As everywhere in Kars, the staff did not really speak English, but they were very helpful, and the breakfast was great! The room was very small, and very cold!! Cozy, but impossible to walk on the floor without shoes on (it was however -20 degrees Celsius outside). Overall a good experience.

Yatakların yayları bozulmuş konfor hiç yoktu. 2 kişilik odada yürüyecek yer yok banyo tuvalet ufacık .. yatmakta zorluk çektim ve oda içersinde koku vardı yoğun bir şekilde

Merkezi, rahat.
Pros:

Oda merkezde, temiz ve rahat, her gün temizlik yapılıyor, havlu değişiyor, personel ilgili, kahvaltı güzel. Kahvaltı salonunu terasta ve merdiven çıkarken biraz zorladı. Tv'de Fox kanalı yoktu.

Pros:

İki kişilik odada kaldık. Yatak ve odanın yerleşimi ve genel temizliği ile ilgili sorun yaşamadık ancak banyolar temiz fakat çok eskimiş haldeydi. Kaldığımız odanın lavabosu düşmek üzereydi.
