The swimming pool will be under renovation and will be temporarily closed from August 15th 2023 until September 13th, 2023
- Please wear appropriate swimming suit while using the swimming pool.
- Please do not wear casual or regular clothes while using the swimming pool.
- There is no dishes or any kitchenware within the rooms.
- Not allow to eat food inside the rooms.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, Please use the designated smoking areas only.
- Guests who violate any of these prohibitions will be subject to penalties according to the hotel's rules and policies.

Proche Pattaya, mais pas trop
Pros:

Au calme de pattaya mais la ville est accessible en tuktuk. La piscine avec une vue de dingue. Le rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

La piscine manque de quelques espaces à l'ombre d'autant que la mer n'est pas propre pour s'y baigner.

Das muss ich mir nicht noch mal antun.

Einzg die Lage hat gefallen.

Cons:

Die Strandstrasse war bei Dunkelheit auch Rennstrecke für Autos und Motorräder ohne Schalldämpfer, daher auch sehr laut.

Das Personal war schon beim Eintritt in das Hotel sehr unaufmerksam und muffelig. Bin noch nie so unasiatisch begrüßt worden.

Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, aber abgewirtschaftet und haben die besten Tage hinter sich.

Der Balkon wurde von uns nicht genutzt, da Brüstung/Geländer eine Höhe von nur 75 cm und somit Gefahr zum Absturz bestand.

Am Abend vor der Abreise hat man uns beschuldigt die Badezimmertür beschädigt zu haben. Habe unter Protest meine Kaution von 1000 baht dort belassen. Trotz Einigung wollte man 2500 baht. Habe das abgelehnt. Es wurde mit Polizei gedroht, wobei ich dann darauf Bestand die Touristenpolizei zu informieren. Vor checkout wollte das Management sich mit mir wegen weiterer 1500 baht unterhalten. 30 Minuten vor Abfahrt wurde die Forderung von 1500 baht eingestellt.

Den Aufenthalt im 70 Tage verlängern 👌😎
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen aber immer noch ansprechbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Manche Gäste zerstören absichtlich das Inventar und kommen direkt vom Strand nass ins Hotel und in den Lift. Es müsste eine Aufsichtsperson geben die darauf achtet.

Entspannt und angenehm, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel mit dem Pool und mein Bett war sehr gut auch der Balkon war zu meiner Zufriedenheit.

Cons:

Na ja die Duschkabine war schon einwenig in die Jahre gekommen. Müsste man ersetzen! War komplett undicht.

Pros:

The housekeeping staff (on the 7th floor) were lovely, attentive, and efficient. The pool in the evening, with its colorful lights, was very pleasant (although a bit small).

Cons:

The hotel is very far from Pattaya city center (and therefore from the malls, etc.), more than 7 km away. The beach is next to fishing boats, so it's not ideal for swimming. The hotel is in serious need of maintenance (torn curtains etc.. ). And don't count on the reception staff, who are unable to speak English.
