Jag blev besviken då det lätt kunnat vara ett toppenställe.
Pros:

Mycket bra läge, rent och fint. Korrekt personal.

Cons:

Allt var det absolut enklaste man kan hitta, typ duschkrämen och en torr tvål. Frukost skulle ingå men det var typ bröd, giffel, kaka, inget med protein. Jag valde ost en morgon, fyra skivor enkel hårdost för 4 euro, skulle jag ha velat ha ägg och bacon också hade det kostat typ 150kr tillsammans. Jag hade migrän en morgon och bad att få äta frukost på rummet vilket nekades. I lokalen man äter frukost i ekade det massor, man fick inte heller äta utomhus där det står bord uppställda då stället också är en restaurang. Konstigt ställe.

Pros:

L’hôtel est près de la plage et le centre historique.
La chambre était propre et confortable et les serviettes sont changés quotidiennement.
Le petit-déjeuner est abondant, plusieurs choix et des gâteaux fait maison, pareil pour le repas du soir, différent à chaque fois et délicieux. On est sentie comme à la maison, personnels accueillants et gentils.
Un endroit où j’y retournerai avec plaisir !

Pros:

Family business that cares for you. Hotel was fantastic and family was even better. Sperlonga in September was uncrowded.

If traveling by a train to Fonda make sure you understand how to get from Fondi station to sperlonda taxi service is spotty, there is a bus but difficult to understand.

Cons:

Bardzo powolne WiFi- jeśli przyjeżdżasz z zamiarem pracy zdalnej - będzie to raczej niemożliwe. Ze względu na położenie Hotel posiada niewiele miejsc parkingowych. Śniadania w stylu włoskim, wybór dodatkowych opcji nieco ubogi , w szczególności brakowało nam świeżych warzyw

Ha i vantaggi di un Hotel ma sembra di essere ospite di una famiglia, il titolore Antonio e i figli sono eccezionali, poi la nonna grandissima cuoca!! Colazione con prodotti fatti in casa, mare appena attraversato la strada, mare visibile da tutte le stanze. Inoltre accanto c'è subito la strada per poter visitare lo splendido borgo di Sperlonga! Camere con docce moderne e schermi TV grandi, presenti sia ventola che condizionatore!!

Cons:

Solamente che la reception chiude ad una certa ora e quindi bisogna portarsi le chiavi

Enjoyable for a short stay, in a gorgeous building
Pros:

The location is incredible, 100m from the beach. The staff are kind. I enjoyed the aesthetic of the building too. It was easy to find. Also, the hotel has a cornered off section of the beach reserved for hotel guests only, with sun loungers and umbrellas, that was great. It’s not signed very well though, so keep that in mind. The breakfast inclusion was nice as well. Short stroll to great restaurants and attractions of the area. Close by is an ATM and grocery store

Cons:

The stairs inside the hotel are a nightmare with 30+kg of luggage. I also saw an old man with crutches having a hard time on those stairs, slippery tiles. The rooms are small but for one night it was ok. Paying extra for hot breakfast seems like a bit of a tourist trap but the free portion of the breakfast was ok. No beach towels.

Posizione eccellente, affacciato nella piazzetta principale di Sperlonga-mare, a pochi passi dalle spiagge e dal caratteristico paesino. Non si potrebbe desiderare posizione migliore. Colazione ottima, servita al tavolo. Cena superiore agli standard delle altre strutture del posto.

Cons:

Dimensioni della stanza e del bagno appena sufficienti. Non c'è ascensore. Parcheggio in strada a pagamento.
