Pros:

Wonderful. The room(s), the setting, the breakfast in the morning. The staff was accommodating and very responsive.

Stylische, sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit Einschränkungen
Pros:

- mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten in der Fussgängerzone oder in 20 Minuten in Zandvoort
- Linie 250 ca. 200 m entfernt, die zwischen Leiden Station und Haarlem Station verkehrt
- stylisches Zimmer mit tollem Blick in den Park und guter Ausstattung
-sehr bequemes Bett
- Parkplatz für Auto und Fahrräder vor der Tür
- Anne als Ansprechpartnerin war immer erreichbar

Cons:

- wenn die Dusche „Eyecatcher“ im Zimmer und immer im Blick des Gastes ist, sollten zumindest die Duschwände täglich gereinigt werden (bei 5 Übernachtungen nur einmal)
- die Wohnung liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße und in der Nähe einer Kreuzung, der Straßenlärm ab ca. 5:30 Uhr morgens und bis ca. 23 Uhr abends ist nicht unerheblich, der Lärm dringt „durch das Dach“ in die Wohnung, ohne Ohropax hätten wir nicht schlafen können
- das Frühstück ist eintönig, jeden Tag das Gleiche (Wurst (Salami, Schinken), Käse, Obst wirkt abgezählt, Marmelade, Honig, Erdnussbutter und Hagelslag in Verpackungen), hätte ich jeden Tag ein Foto vom Frühstück gemacht, hätte ich im Nachhinein nicht sagen können, welches Frühstück von welchem Tag ist, bei dem Mietpreis erwarte ich frische Brötchen oder zumindest hochwertige Aufbackbrötchen und nicht solche, die nach 15 Minuten hart sind, Kaffee ist selbst mit einem Nespresso Automat zuzubereiten, was gut ist, es wäre insofern aber wünschenswert, wenn die zur Verfügung gestellten Kapseln benannt wären (Espresso, Lungo o.ä.)

Excellent location
Pros:

Although there are construction work at the back to enlarge the hotel, my stay is comfortable and no interruptions whatsoever. Good room, good service and good breakfast. I wish I would come back and stay at their new wing.

Functioneel lager dan verwacht.

Cons:

Ontbijt was matig. Handdoeken niet fris maar industrieel gewassen en weinig zorg aanbesteed.

Algehele indruk was netjes echter onpersoonlijk en daarmede een verkeerde indruk gewekt van een boutique hotel. Prijs /kwaliteit ligt hierin niet in de juiste verhouding.

Wer sich entspannen will und sich endlich mal wieder wirklich als Gast fühlen möchte, der soll einfach kommen.
Pros:

Ein ruhiges Hotel mit Charme, der erkennen lässt, dass die Besitzerin mit Herz und Seele ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich machen will.

Gutes Hotel
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber.
Wir bekamen vorgängig die Codes für das Haus und das Zimmer. Das hat alles bestens geklappt.
Das Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht und war sehr fein.
Das Auto konnten wir kostenlos vor dem Haus parken.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums (30 Minuten zu Fuss).
Das Haus liegt an einer Hauptstrasse und der Verkehr hört man gut im Zimmer.
Nachts war es aber ruhig.

Personeel heeft er - binnen de mogelijkheden en na een teleurstelling - alles aan gedaan om verblijf toch positief te maken. Uitstekend ontbijt.

Cons:

We hebben hier eerder verbleven, was toen fantastisch. Deze kamer werd ook als suite aangeboden maar ie niet te vergelijken met de andere suites en zou - naar mijn mening - ook niet zo mogen heten. Het is gewoon een kleine, krappe kamer. Keurig hoor, maar geen suite...
