Pros:

Beautiful new facility, new rooms were great and comfortable. Kind staff, great breakfast in the morning and little touches like fresh milk in the fridge. Close to the airport and great to have a nice pub attached!!

We wouldn’t book this hotel again. It was 135 per night for poor quality accommodation & breakfast. Pub adjoining th

Location. We booked accommodation on the basis of proximity to Manchester airport for an early flight

Cons:

No soundproofing and doors constantly shutting could be heard throughout the night. The room was decorated nicely but carpet was quite dirty and as you entered the hotel an untidy cleaning trolley was at the entrance for the duration of the stay.

Lovely venue, great food, nice people.
Pros:

Best pillows in any hotel that I have stayed at. great products in bathroom, lovely smell in room. breakfast great, staff lovely and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom tiles were very stained in joints, more than i have ever seen in a bathroom, needs bleaching badly.
Didn't like having a joining room as could hear chap in room next door.
