La habitación con clima, está Muy bien, y pues que tuviera llave electrónica está más que bien, la habitación Muy agradable todo, Muy bien. Espero regresar pronto con amigos o familia.

Great hotel for a stay in Veracruz
Pros:

The location was perfect , View to the port . Easy walking around. The room was spacious and clean. There was a terrace and a small pool. The staff were very friendly. I could leave my luggage for a few hours after check out .

Definitely worth a visit when in Veracruz.
Pros:

Excellent location on the Malecon. Small pool was nice to cool off in. The terrace is a beautiful place to read and have a cold cerveza.

Cons:

Rooms weren’t very soundproof. Awakened at 7 am to a loud tv next door.

Excelente ubicación, si visitas el centro del puerto este es tu hotel.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, todo el centro de Veracruz esta cerca, tienes museos, restaurantes y varios atractivos cerca. El buffet desayuno, aunque cuesta extra ($135 a enero de 2026) es muy completo y perfecto para comenzar un día de aventuras. El servicio del personal es muy bueno y los precios son buenos.

Cons:

Si tienes una habitación en los primeros pisos los cuartos no tienen ningún tipo de ventana o ventilación con el exterior. Si eres claustrofóbico o algo por el estilo busca una habitación con balcón, también por lo mismo es difícil secar las cosas que mojes, para que lo tomes en cuenta y bueno ni se diga como pierdes el paso del tiempo por la falta del sol.

Habitaciones cómodas y excelente vista pero tenía sus defectos

La vista al muelle es increíble y las camas son muy cómodas.

Cons:

Había un pequeño y extraño olor a coladera cuando ingresábamos a la habitación y la manija de la puerta del baño no servía bien. Teníamos que empujarla desde afuera para que cerrara. Un día se quedó atorada y nos dijeron que usáramos una moneda de $1 para abrirla. Definitivamente eso no es de un hotel 4 estrellas, como se clasifican. La caja fuerte tampoco servía.
