A Great Deal for Me
Pros:

Great location. Close to restaurants, ATM, mini-markets, sleeper bus stop, and the Phong Nha Cave cruise dock. Spacious room. Nice home-made breakfast included. Nice responsive host, who also does laundry for a nominal fee. I feel it’s a great deal for a budget-conscious tourist.

Can’t think of any.

Pros:

A very comfortable hotel which is well run and organised. Excellent communication with Linh throughout who really helped us to make the most of our days. Transport organised for our next destination was smooth as well.

This homestay was very comfortable, Linh and his team made our stay extremely enjoyable. He was very helpful with finding our tours to the caves, he always greeted us with a sweat smile. We are grateful and thankful

Great location, rating would’ve been higher minus the construction works
Pros:

Great location, staff were very helpful and friendly. Can rent motorbikes for 100k per day which was great. Nice pool.

Cons:

Unfortunately at the time of our stay, there was construction works in the building, particularly on the roof (6th floor) and we were staying on the 5th floor. The workers started drilling and hammering from 6am each day of our stay! This aswell as the shower not being powerful were the only downsides.

Es war wirklich supi. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war wirklich toll und das Frühstück hat uns auch gut geschmeckt. Zimmer war top und sah sehr neu aus. Bett ein bisschen hart, aber ist sicher Geschmackssache. Bei der Weiterfahrt hat er uns auch sehr geholfen und mit der Busgesellschaft telefoniert und nen günstigeren Preis für uns rausgeholt. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Perfection
Pros:

From helping us organizing cave tours, organizing a driver to our next destination, hassle free motorbike/bicycle rentals, great affordable rooms with smart tv, this is by far the best value for money place I’ve ever stayed at, located perfectly with all the best restaurants/ groceries just a minutes walk away. Thao Nguyen is really friendly his hospitality is one of a kind, would definitely come back when I’m back in phong nha
