Pros:

Un acierto este homestay, está limpio, cuidado, con una piscina muy bonita rodeada de vegetación y nos han atendido de forma muy amable, ayudando en todo lo posible y el desayuno exquisito!!!

Pros:

Its location (all amenities and restaurants around!) and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Correct
Pros:

Homestay central proche de l'embarcadère pour la grotte de phong nha et entouré de restaurants. Linh est très gentil et serviable, il m'a bien conseillé sur les excursions et j'ai pu en programmer une pour le lendemain malgré mon arrivée tardive. Il loue aussi des vélo à la journée pour 50k très sympa pour explorer les environs. Matelas confortable et wifi correct.

Cons:

Un peu spartiate et vétuste, manque de prises, mauvaise insonorisation et pas de pression dans la douche. Mais pour le prix ça fait l'affaire et le but ici c'est de faire des excursions sinon il faut viser des hôtels plus luxueux.

Bon rapport qualité si vous n’êtes pas hyper exigent
Pros:

Être au centre-ville à proximité des restaurants et du point de départ en bateau. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Très calme pour les chambres à l’arrière du bâtiment.

Cons:

Chambres un peu vieillotte. Ergonomie des prises électriques (bizarre d’avoir une prise en plein milieu au-dessus du lit). 1 seule table de chevet. Compliqué pour recharger les mobiles.

Brilliant stay!
Pros:

The place was clean, homely and the staff were fantastic. Linh was great and always went out of his way to help with any queries. Room was great for the price and so clean considering we were in the middle of Phong Nha

Pros:

It seemed very clean, the fan on the ceiling is great for sleeping with the AC turned off if you prefer.

Cons:

The pictures are deceiving, the property is quite run down.

Phòng oki, cửa sổ view xịn, nhân viên nice, mình thích nhất bể bơi vì sâu tầm 1m7 nên bơi sướng, kèm bữa sáng ngon. Bé chó dễ thương, mến khách. Vị trí ngay trung tâm Phong Nha nên tiện đi lại

Pros:

Good clean room for the price. Room looked slightly less polished like in the photos but still super clean and comfortable. Great staff, super super helpful. Had a nice stay

Vị trí trung tâm, gần các quán ăn

Cons:

Nước bể bơi chưa được dọn hàng ngày, còn có bụi và lá cây trong bể. Homestay nên yêu cầu khách lưu trú xuống bơi phải mặc đồ bơi để giữ vệ sinh.

Pros:

La piscine est top et l’emplacement très central

Cons:

Établissement à mon sens surnoté. Par rapport aux standards que nous avons eu au Vietnam à ce prix, c’était un peu décevant.
Chambre trop basique : aucun rangement, propreté pas top, salle de bain cheap, balcon étant une partie commune.
