personal poco capacitado y no amable
Cons:

el personal no atiende bien, pésimo servicio y la recepcionista no sabía si había estacionamiento, me escribió que si y ya que llegamos nos dirijimos al estacionamiento de convenio pero me dijeron que no aplicaba ese hotel, regrese y me dijo la recepcionista que se había equivocado!

La cercanía a plaza y lugares de interés. Amabilidad de las señoritas en recepción.

La habitación uno da al ingreso y se escucha mucho ruido de la gente que ingresa y de la recepción en si.

Problema con estacionamiento
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena

Cons:

Problemas con el estacionamiento el convenio que tienen con el me dejaron afuera que solo recibían si no tenían lleno para ese hotel y además solo es pensión nocturna en el día tuve que pagar otro estacionamiento

Una muy buena opción para descansar en Morelia

Pros:

La ubicación, en general el edificio del hotel está bien.

Cons:

Había cucarachas, en mi cama y mesa de luz, encontré un par, y no solo eso me dieron una habitación con cero ventilación ( ni ventana ni artificial) no pude dormir del olor a baño que desprendía, solo había una pequeña ventana en el baño que si la abría todos los huéspedes podían ver al interior de mi habitación y del baño, sin mencionar el ruido que entra, la verdad terrible, mal!
