Мы были в Астане с 12 по 15 мая . Очень довольны гостиницей Эко Апарт. Очень вежливый персонал, чистота, хорошая локация. У нас был вечерний рейс , позднее заселение , сотрудник Аида писала нам узнавала как наши дела. Я предупредила что буду с Мамой 86 лет . Аида встретила нас проводила в номер, все что мы дополнительно попросили нам принесли. В гостинице чувствовали себя комфортно. Так совпало что Аида нас и проводила.🌷Спасибо Большое! Приезжаем четвертый год подряд и всегда нам комфортно!

Pros:

Понравилось то,что можно легко заселиться, возможно было оплатить картой на месте.Соответсвовало напим ожидания, плюс локация соответствовала реальности. Персонал отеля быстро отвечал на сообщение, плюс поинтересовался нужен ли нам инвойс так как это была рабочая поездка для гостей. Одним солвом, Рекомендуем.

Only the location was great, as it was close to the Congress Hall where the main regional event took place.

Cons:

I stayed there for three days and did not receive the breakfast I had paid for during my entire stay, which was especially disappointing compared to other similar apartments in the area that are cheaper but do not include breakfast. I chose this place expecting that having breakfast included would save me time in the morning.

At check-in, I was advised to order breakfast 15 minutes in advance. On the first day, I did exactly that, but still had to wait around an hour for a single omelet. In the end, I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave for my meeting without receiving my breakfast. The staff was not client-oriented; instead of trying to resolve the issue, they kept making excuses, saying they had only one staff member, that all rooms were fully occupied, and that I should wait and be patient. This reflects very poor management.

Additionally, my room was not cleaned at all during my stay. I do not recommend this place.
