Agréable, mais pas digne d’un 4 étoiles.
Pros:

La chambre et la vue sont agréables.

Cons:

Loin des standards qu’on attends d’un 4 étoiles.

La chambre est propre et confortable mais la télé est mal placée, la douche est fonctionnelle mais pleine de tartre… l’eau chauffe puis refroidit…

Pas de salle de restauration, un accueil qui nous confirme un petit déjeuner pour une heure après nous dire que la salle est en « rénovation ».

Top verblijf in een luxe hotel, geen tips
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Schone fijne kamer. Erg goed ontbijt met veel verschillende opties en variatie per dag. Als vegan vond ik het fijn dat er op aanvraag plantaardige melk aanwezig is!

Esmerelda was kind enough to give an upgraded room. She was really nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at Saranda, she also suggested which places I could visit. My stay was very pleasant.

Pros:

The staff was amazing! Esmeralda is so kind!!! She took care of my breakfast and she recommended me a very nice place for lunch. The hotel is relly beautiful and clean, very good location, the bed very comfortable and very hot shower!🙌🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️❤️

Mega nettes und hilfsbereites Personal
Schönes, neues Zimmer mit nettem kleinen Balkon Richtung Meer

Cons:

Ende September war das Hotel fast leer; wohl deshalb war das Frühstück etwas sehr spartanisch.
Vordergründig schön ausgestattete, neue Zimmer, aber völlig unprofessionelle, gefährliche Elektroinstallation im Bad (verdrillte, offen liegende Kabel in einer Nasszelle gehen gar nicht)
