Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Havana.  Nous avons trouvé une chambre au dernier moment sur booking, la chambre était confortable, fonctionnelle et tres propre. Nous aurions préféré une chambre avec balcon et vue sur la mer mais en plein mois d'août  l'hôtel était complet.
L'hôtel propose un petit déjeuner copieux et varié que l'on peut prendre sur la terrasse devant l'hotel, le service est parfait.
Un chaleureux remerciement à Rezi pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses services. Et évidemment à Esperanda qui s'est montrée particulièrement présente. Elle regorge de conseils et d'idées pour les activités autour de Sarande. Merci.

Excellent hôtel, je le recommande vivement !
L’établissement est très agréable, propre et accueillant. Le personnel est gentil, professionnel et attentionné. J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour.

j’espère avoir l’occasion d’y revenir dans de meilleures circonstances pour en profiter pleinement.

Es war sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Personal hat uns freundlich empfangen

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte etwas ausgewogener sein können. Der Eingang ist nur über einige Stufen möglich, was mit dem Kinderwagen dann etwas schwierig war.
