Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Their warm attitude made me feel very welcome and comfortable during my stay.

The service was truly excellent, and you can really feel that they care about their guests. This made my experience even more special.

If I come back to this city again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for a pleasant and memorable stay!

La chambre et la vue sont agréables.

Cons:

Loin des standards qu’on attends d’un 4 étoiles.

La chambre est propre et confortable mais la télé est mal placée, la douche est fonctionnelle mais pleine de tartre… l’eau chauffe puis refroidit…

Pas de salle de restauration, un accueil qui nous confirme un petit déjeuner pour une heure après nous dire que la salle est en « rénovation ».

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Schone fijne kamer. Erg goed ontbijt met veel verschillende opties en variatie per dag. Als vegan vond ik het fijn dat er op aanvraag plantaardige melk aanwezig is!

Esmerelda was kind enough to give an upgraded room. She was really nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at Saranda, she also suggested which places I could visit. My stay was very pleasant.

Pros:

The staff was amazing! Esmeralda is so kind!!! She took care of my breakfast and she recommended me a very nice place for lunch. The hotel is relly beautiful and clean, very good location, the bed very comfortable and very hot shower!🙌🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️❤️
