Was a very nice stay.
We came to the hotel with a big group, managers hosted us really fast, all were so organized. We got a very good service, very polite stuff. Had very tasty food there, especially dinner. Also very nice comfortable rooms.

We came in the room and it was dirty and looks like it had not been cleaned. The bathroom was very dirty as well and towels were not clean. Bedsheets were not washed and there were random hairs on the sheet. The food was not seasoned and we had to order it 3 times. The lights went off twice and were many disturbing sounds playing at night.

It is a well appointed Hotel with a swimming pool. We stayed in their premium room for 4 days in Oct 2024. The room was spacious with quality furniture and premium furnishing. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant served quality food and the breakfast spread was extensive and tasty. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Mystic palms

Last Sunday I have stayed in hotel mystic palms with my family, we have booked club room on 04th floor, club room was much batter as per our expiation, room was clean and comfortable with basic amenities, pool was clean, food was delicious, front office team excellent & always ready for your help,
Over all ------EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY, KEEP IT UP ,
I will visit again ……………..

Excellent front office manager Mr. Vishal behavior. He has been very helpful and courteous. House keeping staff is also need special mention ready to serve. Good place to stay both for business executives and for family holidays.. Kudos.

Worst experience with the stay-in in the hotel. The lift was not working and the staff did not know when it would be repaired. The bathroom smelled bad, not cleaned. The wall was not maintained. The TV was not working. Breakfast was completely in satisfactory and worst taste. I personally recommend not to stay in this hotel.

The hotel has extra charges for water bottles. Later they wanted to give water bottle. For this, they took several minutes.

Monkeys are entering to pool area. Pool surroundings were found not cleaned up.

The worst hotel ever. Horrible house keeping, room service, everything. Stayed for 2 nights but no running hot water. Room service for morning tea was refused. When ordered omelettes, eggs were over.

Hotel facility had a health hazard related issue. The water supplied in washroom had a smell of a chemical which was a concern

On investigating, staff members (Krishan Mohan & Rahul) agreed that there is smell and water is conteminated

Check-in was delayed by 1 hour 45 min beyond checking time. Room was not ready

Tea ordered for room service was as cold as water. It had to be replaced

Front desk asked for 100% payment, even though it was already paid via Goibibo

Room service is excllent . tradition Welcome by front office . if you donot know about temple or other visiting places then Front team will ready ur itinerry it is good job by front office team

i stayed with family here on 9th july 2022. i will start with goods.
goods: behaviour of staff, service, Air conditioning of the rooms, availability of hot water in bathroom, rooms size is good.
bads: very very poor hygiene, laundry was not gud- sheets looked worn out and used-towels were old, the taps in bathroom were corroded, the nuts-bolts and screws of bath fittings were loose, bathroom was not hygienic, room was not hygienic, the water in bathroom was too hard and salty, if u wish to shower in hot water it will fill the bathroom with pungent sharp smell and will damage your hair and skin and burning sensation to eyes.
above all- the food was not hygienic, we ordered something from kitchen and it was served in plate well covered with aluminium foil, as soon as i removed the foil, a live fly was embedded in the gravy of the food, i could not trust the kitchen to order anything else.

final verdict: the hotel is not worth for what they charge

The property is not at all up to the mark. Very dirty inside the rooms and outside the corridor too. Don’t go by pictures listed for the property. It’s far away from the condition of the real property. Staff was trying hard to address the issues but the property itself needs major renovation. I had to change 3 rooms as there were issues for either AC, water in the bathroom or some or other reason the room was not checked before check in. I highly suggest to look for other properties in surrounding areas. Simply avoid this property.

Its a very best hotel in mathura. All services are also best. I will give 5 stars. I like very much. All staffs are also polite. All staff are also good natured. The location is very convenient. Short and sweet its clean and convenient.

I stayed at the Mystic Palms in April 2022 for two nights. My primary reason for choosing this hotel was because I needed a hotel with a swimming pool.

What is good about this place?
- The restaurant serves great food.

What is horrible?
- The swimming pool water is untreated hard water, which burns your eyes.
- The same hard water is in the bathrooms. So, when you shower do not open your eyes and avoid drinking this water.
- Needed to get my room cleaned and informed the lady manager at the reception. After I got back from sightseeing, the room was not cleaned.
- You will not get hot water in the bathroom till you call reception. Who will then switch on the centralized water heater. Their reason for not having hot water 24x7 is that it is not required in summers.

This place is more of a place for hosting weddings. If I am paying 5 or 4 Star rates (Rs. 5500/night), then I expect Radisson-like quality. This was entirely missing in this place.

manager was very rude and if you are in group. he would entertain you otherwise if you are 1 or 2 they will not let you sit on your place of choice and also tell tou that food woupd ve served late but other people who are in group will be served properly.
he was characterless guy as he amwas expexting some tip or something from a class of people.
i dont lnow hos name but he handled mathura outlet.

Digusting service .. Called room care services since multiple calls no alertness in their services .. wifi not available only they have focused on rooms well suite is fine but still things missing .. housekeeping is asking for iron continues back what is included thn in suite .. please review before taking room

Food was quite tasty. Hotel staff offer us Paneer Jwalamukhi, was very tasty. Dalchand is very helpful and courteous staff. offer a discount as well. Mathura people really need to visit the hotel and restaurant.

The hotel was luxurious and affordable one , amazing hospitality by staff , Piyush was a great coordinator and made sure we had no problems at all , it was all clean and hygenic . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED .
