Pros:

Location is good if you have work in the area, room fittings , bathroom etc up well done and maintained.
The room service menu was well thought of. It would be nice to see some authentic goan food as well.

Cons:

Some signage to find the property would be good. If unfamiliar with the area it can be a bit time consuming to locate , especially if you arrive late night like I did

Staff was not helpful at all, phone headset was not working and even after complaining they did not take any action. Overall it was bad experience.
