This was my second visit to this peaceful gem of South Goa. The hotel is sparkling clean, has a clean swimming pool, and a lush tropical garden surrounded by palm trees. The kitchen staff can prepare tasty South Indian, North Indian, and international dishes on order. But the most important and rather rare for India: the manager, Sunil, and his wonderful staff exceed by far the typical standard of service in India; he is accommodating, polite, and efficient. Last but not least, the prices are really very low for this kind of Hotel. Bravo to the owner, Mr. Dourado, and the manager, Sunil !
We stayed at this resort in Goa last week and it was absolutely lovely, surrounded by nature.
The room was exquisite with a pool view — clean, spacious, and so comforting.
It was extra special because it was my son’s first birthday. The management went above and beyond to celebrate with their staff. It was such a sweet gesture and made the day unforgettable for us.
The food was excellent — fresh and flavorful. They also took care to prepare separate meals for my son as per our instructions.
All the staff members were incredibly cooperative and spontaneously hospitable.
Special mention to Mr. Sunil, the Manager, who personally ensured we had a pleasant stay.
Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to plan another visit soon.

Value for money. Stay is really good. Excellent support by the staff. Be it the follow-up on arrival time, help to get the taxi booked for all through the travel, is wonderful. Tourist cabs are also available on a day rates. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. Particularly, Sunil Rathod (property manager) was very helpful in every aspect during our stay.

Do not expect to relax on the beach. The nearest beach is difficult to access and dirty.
This is an absolute Gem of a find. More luxury resort than hotel, facilities include a fabulous swimming pool, restaurant, bar and lounge area. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff are delightful, attentive and on hand at all times. The chef clearly takes pride in his work, every dish as delicious as the next. We didn’t even bother leaving the property, we had everything we could want right here. A vacation from my vacation, I only wish I could stay longer.
Absolute everything. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Food was delicious, bedrooms super comfy, and pool was delightful. Amazing stay and cannot wait to come back.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Resort Palmeiras Dourado and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place.
What made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from the manager, Sunil. He was incredibly helpful and professional throughout my stay. Communication with him via WhatsApp was smooth and fast, and he kindly arranged both my transports from and to the airport, which made everything stress-free.
I was also very impressed by his kindness and flexibility — even though my check-out was in the morning and my flight was in the evening, he allowed me to stay at the hotel and wait comfortably without any extra charge. This level of care is truly rare. On top of that, he even helped me exchange my remaining rupees back to euros at a much better rate than I would have received at the airport.
All of the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They even assisted me with fixing my broken suitcase, which I really appreciated.
The food was another highlight of my stay — the chef is excellent, and I genuinely enjoyed every meal.
Overall, this resort offers not only a beautiful place to stay, beach is ten minutes nice walk and the place is so quite and best for realaxing, what I really neede after my three weeks stay in Varanasi, but also a level of service that goes far beyond expectations. I would definitely love to come back again.
