Luxury Retreat
Pros:

This is an absolute Gem of a find. More luxury resort than hotel, facilities include a fabulous swimming pool, restaurant, bar and lounge area. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff are delightful, attentive and on hand at all times. The chef clearly takes pride in his work, every dish as delicious as the next. We didn’t even bother leaving the property, we had everything we could want right here. A vacation from my vacation, I only wish I could stay longer.

Absolute treat! A must stay if needing a reset while traveling.
Pros:

Absolute everything. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Food was delicious, bedrooms super comfy, and pool was delightful. Amazing stay and cannot wait to come back.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Resort Palmeiras Dourado and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place.

What made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from the manager, Sunil. He was incredibly helpful and professional throughout my stay. Communication with him via WhatsApp was smooth and fast, and he kindly arranged both my transports from and to the airport, which made everything stress-free.

I was also very impressed by his kindness and flexibility — even though my check-out was in the morning and my flight was in the evening, he allowed me to stay at the hotel and wait comfortably without any extra charge. This level of care is truly rare. On top of that, he even helped me exchange my remaining rupees back to euros at a much better rate than I would have received at the airport.

All of the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They even assisted me with fixing my broken suitcase, which I really appreciated.

The food was another highlight of my stay — the chef is excellent, and I genuinely enjoyed every meal.

Overall, this resort offers not only a beautiful place to stay, beach is ten minutes nice walk and the place is so quite and best for realaxing, what I really neede after my three weeks stay in Varanasi, but also a level of service that goes far beyond expectations. I would definitely love to come back again.

The hotel is very hospitable and welcoming. The respected Mr. Sunil is highly client-oriented and helps resolve all issues promptly.We received a very hospitable and cordial welcome, with a fantastic beach perfect for relaxation. The rooms in the hotel are spotlessly clean and cozy. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

1. Очень красивая зеленая территория. Много цветов в горшках. Вокруг деревья. 2. Хороший бассейн. Достаточно большой. Вода чистая и комфортная по температуре. 3. Удобные матрасы. 4. Чистое постельное белье. 5. Хорошие завтраки. Индивидуально сделают омлет и сварят вкусный кофе со свежем молоком. 6. Чудесный персонал. Все рады были нашему пребыванию. Особенно хозяин! Он был очень внимательный и услужливый. 7. От аэропорта Даболим на такси 30 минут.

Cons:

1. Подушки были не удобными, комками. 2. Самолет заходил на посадку достаточно близко ( что не удивительно, но не всегда очевидно при бронировании ). 3. Рядом проходит железная дорога. Каждый поезд гудит при прохождении небольшого моста, который как раз рядом с отелем. 4. До пляжа идти минут 15. Сначала дорога асфальтная, затем земля мимо их хижин. Пляж не приспособлен для купания. Волны, мусор, нет спасателей. Купаться там невозможно.

Красивая, ухоженная территория с бассейном. Вкусная еда в ресторане и отличный махито в баре. Полноценный завтрак. Все чисто. Дружелюбный персона, особенно Сунил с ресепшена. Помог с приобретением билетов на слипер бас, обменом денег, массажами, сопроводил на такси в Панаджи и посадил на автобус. Рекомендую обращаться к нему по всем вопросам. Обратите внимание , что рядом с отеле хороший, чистый пляж, но без шнеков и лежаков. До ближайшего шека на лево 20 мин по пляжу.
