Resort Palmeiras Dourado

Very clean and comfortable hotel, a short 25 minute taxi ride from Goa Dabolim airport. Staff super friendly and very helpful. We stayed for 1 night after a late evening flight from Delhi, as a stopover on our way south. The hotel arranged an airport pick up for us and cooked us a superb dinner despite our late arrival. Thanks for a great stsy.

Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek, szczególnie po zwiedzaniu tak głośnych i intensywnych miast jak Delhi czy Jaipur. Hotel położony jest z dala od miejskiego hałasu, w spokojnym, zielonym otoczeniu – można poczuć się niemal jak w dżungli. To naprawdę duży plus, jeśli ktoś szuka ciszy i relaksu.
Pokoje są czyste i zadbane, klimatyzacja działa bez problemu, a ciepła woda jest dostępna. Do plaży jest blisko, więc można bez problemu połączyć wypoczynek ze zwiedzaniem okolicy.
Na terenie hotelu znajduje się bar z bardzo przystępnymi cenami. Serwują naprawdę dobre drinki, a tuż obok znajduje się basen – idealne miejsce na wieczorny relaks.
Duże podziękowania dla Sunila, managera hotelu. Jest bardzo pomocny i bez problemu organizuje transport z lotniska i na lotnisko. W hotelu są również dostępne rowery, co jest świetnym dodatkiem i pozwala samemu zwiedzić okolicę.

Podsumowując – zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel. Spokojne otoczenie, bliskość plaży, basen, bar, dobre drinki i przede wszystkim pomocny personel sprawiają, że jest to naprawdę dobre miejsce na odpoczynek. Szczególnie polecam po kilku dniach intensywnego zwiedzania Indii.

La location è super accogliente e rilassante La struttura è immersa nel verde le stanze e il residence sono molto tipici! Sunil il manager e il suo staff sono sempre disponibili a ogni evenienza. In oltre il servizio dell'albergo per il trasporto è stato eccellente. Inoltre Bryan il nostro autista ci ha portato in giro per le varie località di Goa raccontandoci luogo per luogo e dandoci super disponibilità. Lo consigliamo per chi volesse vivere un'esperienza vera a Goa

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The property itself is beautiful, incredibly clean, and very well-maintained.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the menager!!!. He is, without a doubt, the most helpful and genuinely kind host we have ever encountered in all our travels. No matter how small the issue, he went completely out of his way to help us resolve it immediately.
He was incredibly attentive to our needs, happily offering us an extra mattress to ensure our comfort. He even surprised us by playing our national music by the pool, which made us feel so welcome and right at home!
On our final day, he generously allowed us to check out late and stay at the hotel free of charge so we wouldn't have to wait on the street before our bus departure and even though our bus was canceled just an hour before departure, he went above and beyond to help us. He immediately called to find out what happened and then helped us find alternative transport. He even spoke with drivers who didn't speak any English. If it weren't for him, we wouldn't have made it!
We cannot recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a beautiful stay with world-class hospitality, this is the place to book! Thank you for everything!

Really happy with the service, we were warmly welcomed by the manager Mr Sunil and fellow staff.
We could enjoy going to the beach anytime . Sunil also jumped in to help us with a 2-wheeler renting which at the time seemed impossible.
The food was delicious, excellent service . The view and interiors were so pretty and I will highly recommend my friends and family to visit Palmeiras Dourado .

Lovely location, great breakfast, comfortable room and although unfortunately I only stayed 1 night - the facilities looked very nice.

The rooms are very clean, staff is excellent and the kitchen makes some really good food. The manager sunil is an absolute gentleman, very helpful and accommodating. I was given an upgrade for no charge as it was off season and I was staying for a couple of week, I really appreciated that.

All of the staff is really helpful, they can also manage a airport pickup. Food was nice and they offer also dinner.

This was my second visit to this peaceful gem of South Goa. The hotel is sparkling clean, has a clean swimming pool, and a lush tropical garden surrounded by palm trees. The kitchen staff can prepare tasty South Indian, North Indian, and international dishes on order. But the most important and rather rare for India: the manager, Sunil, and his wonderful staff exceed by far the typical standard of service in India; he is accommodating, polite, and efficient. Last but not least, the prices are really very low for this kind of Hotel. Bravo to the owner, Mr. Dourado, and the manager, Sunil !

We stayed at this resort in Goa last week and it was absolutely lovely, surrounded by nature.
The room was exquisite with a pool view — clean, spacious, and so comforting.

It was extra special because it was my son’s first birthday. The management went above and beyond to celebrate with their staff. It was such a sweet gesture and made the day unforgettable for us.

The food was excellent — fresh and flavorful. They also took care to prepare separate meals for my son as per our instructions.
All the staff members were incredibly cooperative and spontaneously hospitable.

Special mention to Mr. Sunil, the Manager, who personally ensured we had a pleasant stay.

Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to plan another visit soon.

Value for money. Stay is really good. Excellent support by the staff. Be it the follow-up on arrival time, help to get the taxi booked for all through the travel, is wonderful. Tourist cabs are also available on a day rates. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. Particularly, Sunil Rathod (property manager) was very helpful in every aspect during our stay.

Beautiful surroundings (trees, birds), good restaurant, great personnel, great service

Absolute everything. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Food was delicious, bedrooms super comfy, and pool was delightful. Amazing stay and cannot wait to come back.

This is an absolute Gem of a find. More luxury resort than hotel, facilities include a fabulous swimming pool, restaurant, bar and lounge area. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff are delightful, attentive and on hand at all times. The chef clearly takes pride in his work, every dish as delicious as the next. We didn’t even bother leaving the property, we had everything we could want right here. A vacation from my vacation, I only wish I could stay longer.
